This location is great. The workers are so kind and great. I walked in with my daughter and the worker immediately went to get her a fire fighter hat. She was so happy and then when i ordered her kids meal the worker had asked her again what she would like to drink and she was very excited to speak for herself. Everything I ordered was prepared fast and tasted great. I always come back to this location and I tell other of it too.
Great place. Hook and ladder is my most common craving. I take one star away... they forgot my pickle... I love pickles. But overall amazing food!.

Good lord. Firehouse subs is the best thing to come to the plaza since... Sliced bread? I grew up around here and there used to be a subway across the street. Subway had NOTHING on firehouse subs.Reasonably priced, unreasonably delicious. The service is always great and the employees seem honestly excited to work there.Eat good food. Eat these subs. Be happy.
Quick, Fresh, Tasty. More costly than others but worth it compared to the others. Fireman theme is unique to the brand. Location is clean and bright inside.
Wow! We stopped in here for a quick bite and we were shocked how GOOD A SANDWICH COULD BE! We ordered the Firehouse Steak & Cheese — so good! And our server Tina, she was so sweet!! We’ll be back.
Went in for dinner after work today. Had the hero (wow 3 meats) awesome service too. You all rock it in my books. Nice to sit and eat. Very clean dinning area
BEST turkey bacon ranch ever, friendly service, love the ten twelve greeting always get. The price a bit high, but you get what you pay for tenfold. This location if close and easy to get to. Love they freshly slice meats right there too, and then I get the joy of watching
Firehouse subs was amazing! My friend and I got the club on a sub and Italian sub footlong to share and it was so tasty. Great and friendly service as well!
Staff is very unfriendly, nor know how to greet customers properly.Jasleen was at the cashier and i said hi to her. She stood there like she was high on some crack. No respone from her. I had to repeat my order twice. Can someone teach the employees how to greet their customers?
