The food was average but at the prices, that’s expected. Wings are good. However, I will never go back! We had the misfortune of having the waitress with the pink hair. At the end of our meal she brought the machine for us to pay. No bill at all. When I asked for the bill she had it folded in her hand. She hustled me to pay. I gave her 15% tip, only to realize there was a 15% already added to the bill. When I asked the waitress about it, she gave me a bad attitude saying it’s the new policy. They never informed us of the “policy” and she tried to hide the bill from us. Very deceitful waitress and a horrible attitude! We were regulars there, but never again!
Their nachos were exceptionally bad. I wish I had taken a picture, the cheese was baked hard & inedible on top of extremely dry chips & toppings making a tiny hill of nacho I could’ve picked up in one piece. . It was so dry I had to throw a lot of it away. Even the cheese was dry. You are supposed to let it stay soft. What a joke lol
Lovely place, highly recommend it. Hina, the best person and the highlight of the bar is always too kind. Love the food and the vibe. Always a good time when she’s here :) She creates an atmosphere here. Its a must check out local bar.
Avoid if at all possible...Horrible Horrible Service! We were unfortunate to have Tanisha as our waitress and boy was that the worse luck ever. She was beyond slow taking our initial order, bringing our drinks and didn't even bother to clear our table. After waiting for over an hour and a half for our food to finally come out...we were given the wrong order. Our kids meal with BBQ wings was served with hot sauce on it and the other party of our group received a BBQ order instead of their hot wings. To top it off, the test of our meals were brought out more than 20 later than THAT. There was another waitress Hina there who was running around and clearly fixing the mistakes made as orders were brought to the wrong tables. Truthfully Tanisha does not seem to care about making any effort in her job or any attempt at any kind of customer service. Hina continuously apologized and was clearly trying to make up for the poor service, but unfortunately the damage is done. This was beyond the worse service ever received and we will never waste our time, money or energy with this establishment again.
I Ordered the boneless chicken wings and got chicken tenders instead. If I wanted chicken tenders I would of ordered chicken tenders . Really DisappointedI called the restaurant and the lady said that’s how they do it and she tried talking to the manager about it but he does not care.
This is the worse customer service ever. The waitress is very rude and has no manners. She argues with her customers and has no professionalism. She needs to be fired before this place runs down because of her. Never coming back here again.
The portions of the food are ridiculously small you can't even enjoy the food. They burnt the potato skins, not even cheesy, I feel like they have no passion cooking, greasy as hell too. The pastas have no seasoning had to put our own seasoning just for it to be satisfying. They don't show no passion in the food and you can tell they don't care. McDonald's fries taste way better than the fries this place does taste super disgusting. Nann don't taste like Nann garlic bread dry as hell. Never eating there again. Advised everyone to stay away from this restaurant
AVOID AT ALL COST! ordered a quesadilla and no exaggeration came in a 1-2 inch pool of oil and grease. the quesadilla was the same as if you dipped it in a bucket of water, it was that wet. completely inedible, called the store not even asking for a refund but to have a normal one made. the bombaclot kitchen staff had the nerve to say it was my fault for no specifying 'no butter', that's unacceptable.How are you going to blame the customer when they've been ordering the same menu item for over a year, now suddenly its a quesadilla soup and you must request no butter to have a normal. completely embarrassing and unprofessional, i will never be returning. The whole kitchen staff needs to be fired for even sending something out so disgusting, then taking no accountability and blaming the customer. Its not like its my first time trying this menu item, sorry its the kitchen staff and due to their incompetence and atrocious customer service you've lost a customer whos been coming since the boar n wing days, i will tell everyone i know about my experience and ensure i get as many people as i can to avoid your establishment. terrible 0/10, i would give negative stars if possible.
Nice place to chill and eat. Great staff. Alot of TVs to watch sporting events
Never fails, the food is delicious. But, the draft beer is always warm.
