When serving customers in your vicinity please tell your staff/drivers that driving laws also apply to them... I have contacted the owner of the store with video footage showing different Domino drivers not stopping at Stop signs and speeding through our neighborhood last year. And still in continues to happen - even a call with Domino's head office was of no help. Hopefully the OPP can now go talk with time. I would not spend my money with a business where the staff have no care for the communities they work in and the owner also does not seem to wanting to help... shame.
The most unprofessional service after placing order had to make 4 follow up calls to find out the status of the order each time was told arriving in 2 minutes the order was expected to be delivered in 40 mins and has taken 2 hours and still not delivered.when called again to our surprise was told we don't have any track of your order....Domino kept us starving for more than 3 hours Arshdeep Kaur stated that she is the manager and is now trying to get us the orderI will never recommend May Field outlet which is 2.1 km away and the only covering delivery in the area
Ordered Pizza by calling this branch. I live 2 kms away. It was supposed to be delivered in 45 minutes. It did not come in 1 and a half hours. Called them 3 times. Each time I called, they told me it will take few minutes. Then they said, the driver is just 4 minutes. After 10 minutes, they told me that they dont have my order. Arshdeep Kaur is the name who gave us this horrible experience. I would rather starve till death than to order again from Dominos forever. This is a real comment from a customer. not making this one up.
I had the worst imaginable experience at this location. Arshdeep Kaur took my phone order and promised delivery within 45 mins. After a whole 1 hour passed with no sign of delivery, I followed up and was advised delivery was due in 5 min. Another 30 min passed and I followed up for 3rd time. Again I was told to be expect delivery in few mins. Another 20 minute passed and I followed up for 4th time. This time Arshdeep Kaur advised there was no order booked for delivery at my home. I was absolutely shocked and puzzled by what she was saying as it absolutely made no sense. I am still not sure what exactly happened as Arshdeep Kaue took my order and than denied taking it. Wasted 2 hours of my time

left my teen some money to buy pizza for her and her friends she had over while I was at work. came back and seen my change. they were charged almost $25 for a 3 topping medium pizza. kicker was the pizza came with one of their flyers. it was the 3on3 for $9.49 each. so for another $5 they could have had two more pizzas. would been great if that was put out there beforehand. their online site isn't friendly or helpful on deals. what a waste. her first time ordering from here and good chance her last

Usually a hit or miss on quality at this location. When the store is not busy, the pizza is good, and when it's busy, the quality goes down the drain.
I ordered a pizza and wings yesterday from this location and request to deliver it the lady on call was really nice and I got my order in just 15 mins. That was really quick. And delicious too. Thank you
