I am only giving 5 stars because of the very kind cashier who honoured my request - otherwise I would have given a lower rating because of the person who may have been the manager. I called before coming into the store to ask a question about the deal, and once I confirmed that my minor substitute was allowed, I went to the store. When I was placing my order in-person, someone who seemed like a manager overheard and said the substitute was not possible, despite someone saying it was allowed on the phone earlier. He said someone had made a mistake and it could not be honoured. I let it go, but was disappointed. Anyways, the cashier was kind enough to see what he could do, and he made the very minor substitute happen. Thank you to the cashier for going out of your way - that is how you keep customers.
Amazing service. Was at work and ordered early so I would have it on break, driver arrived early and waited for me to go on break before calling me and saying he was there for pick up.. That's awesome service in books..My pizza was also made to perfection just the way I ordered it.. Thanks Domino's you definitely have a repeat customer with me. ??

I got the wrong toppings on my pizza and I am allergic to mushroom and black pepper!This is unacceptable and I will not come back again. I would not recommend anyone coming here either as the store is not the same anymore!
Very disappointed!Ordered a hand tossed thin crust large pizza today around 7pm and within 20-25 mims pizza was picked up … such a bad experience with the quality of the pizza , firstly wasn’t sealed properly, at best it was warm, hardly any cheese and felt like a cardboard.

They delivered my pizzas to the wrong house, and I was not given a refund. The driver and the store argued with me on the phone stating that it was delivered to the correct location. No sympathy from the store, no apology, rude driver, no refund and horrible reception . Worst customer service ever! Will not recommend or wish upon anyone else.

I wish I could leave zero stars. We ordered two extra large pizzas to our home. Hour and a half later we didn’t have our pizzas. When we called to ask where the pizzas are at, the store continued to argue with us that their driver delivered to the right house after going door to door down the road. Driver came back to argue with us that that he delivered to the right house. It turned out that he delivered it to a house two doors down the street and the people at the house down the street ate our pizzas. When we asked if they could still deliver our pizzas, we were told they don’t have drivers to deliver it. It was an awful experience and very poor customer service. We received no apology, no refund and no pizzas.
