Stay away from this dennys.CAN YOU GUYS ATLEAST ACT LIKE YOU ENJOY COOKING? Costumer service is TERRIBLE. & wether i’m ordering off uber eats or in the restaurant they some how mess up my SIMPLE NOT COMPLICATED ORDER all the time. ALWAYS forgetting to give the uber my drivers my drinks as well. Stay far away
It’s been a while since we came to this location. After Covid price of everything has gone up, that’s understandable. Items on the menu has gone up so I don’t understand why the portions of food has shrieked. To me that’s called double cut back. It’s not fair to consumers. Management pls look into this. I am sure most customers won’t return if this continues… we would hate to see you guys go out of business. Thank you for your understanding
My family and I have frequented this location and have always had the most outstanding experience when Michaela tends to us. Michaela is literally the reason we keep coming back to this Dennys. It’s too bad that she only works there on the weekend. The food is not bad either. I would suggest to the manager or franchisee of this location to have his/her staff shadow Michaela in an effort to elevate the customer service abilities of their entire staff.
I feel like the dishes have shrunk. I could be wrong but the sausages and bacon looked so small and so little. It was filling but I'm using to having leftovers and there were none. It did taste good. I had the grand slam which is the free birthday meal. I ordered poached eggs, medium and they were great. I had never ordered poached in a restaurant before. I normally get my weeks over easy such tend to take up more space. I did enjoy my meal. The waitress was nice. She took my ID with her when verifying it's my birthday. This location is my neighbours favourite place to eat.
We went on a Saturday morning, my 2 small children and I, and we waited over 50 minutes for our food. I understand being busy, but that was way to long for sausage and eggs. The food was ok, toast was cold when I got it, my coffee got cold (cause I waited to eat with it) and the sausages tasted weird, I've been here many times before and know they could do better, the girls washroom was absolutely disgusting. All the toilets were clogged, garbage all over the floor. The waitress was nice, would have been nice if she came around with coffee refills. Unfortunately overall I was disappointed with this visit and feel they could have done better.
Came here for my birthday breakfast, was delicious even though they were busy we got seated immediately and served.
Been going to this Dennys for years. Food is always delicious and good value. Service is usually friendly. This time the food was cold (colder than room temperature). We were there on a Monday afternoon and there couldn't have been more than 4 other occupied tables in the entire restaurant... we complained but nothing was done. Nonetheless, we will likely return.
Drove 20 minutes back and forth to get two pieces of egg for $15. I wish I could rate this place zero stars. There has been so many times I’ve gone here to get breakfast and the portions are always different. My sister got bacon and sausage on the side and got ONE piece of each..
I am not one to write reviews but I’m just very disappointed in the staffs service.I usually dine here late at night and the staff is amazing. The people working during the day shift on the other hand are terrible at what they do. I placed an order through Uber eats and they cancelled my order (a grand slam) 20 min in. Then later on the day I decided to just drive there and get my craving fulfilled. It took them 15 min to take my order. I was there for another 40 minutes sitting there waiting for my food. They weren’t even busy. It was just eggs and bacon. Really dissatisfied and disappointed. I left hungry. No food came! Lost a regular customer there guys. Good job.
Attending Denny's with a party of 10. Was told they were at capacity as there are new servers. I explained that we were okay to be seated separately and we did not care the staff we were new. Was still told they are at capacity and could not seat anyone else. Low and behold the table behind us was seated. The staff who was looking into seating was very rude and had an attitude. I understand what being at capacity is, but don't say that and then seat another party. Will not go to this location ever again. Beyond unprofessional.
