Really good options for some nice and tasty treats. The place was well organized and the order process was smooth and they delivered the ordered items quickly and efficiently. I strongly recommend to check out this location for some delicious ice cream treats!
CHARGED $52 for the blizzard cake which is priced at $38 at every other DQ location. Called the owner and she defended that almost 40% rip off saying that it is a prime location and she has high overheads. To me that is a plain rip off and I conveyed that to the owner Simmi as well. I just happened to be there because the Torbram location was closed for the renovation. I will try my best to not go back there and will definitely not recommend this place.

The flavour I tried for blizzard was Reese’s and I found it OKayish!Customer service is good, the guy on the counter was friendly and the below is only a suggestion and not a complaint.When asked for a mini size, he responded like who takes a mini size atleast get a small. His intention might be honest and a recommendation so that we are not disappointed by less quantity but just that it didn’t sound out that way. We were asked if are we trying dairy queen for the first time. Let the customer choose and don’t ridicule the choice, there has to be a better way to put across a recommendation for a bigger serving size even if it’s not an upsell as you cannot assume how much appetite a customer has. I wasn’t offended by this because we talked in a friendly manner but someone else might.And you want be surprised, I only ate half the blizzard of the mini because it was still too much for me.Would I visit again? YES and would still be liked to served by same guy as he was friendly, but will try another flavour.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Came in around 10:40 PM on June 27th, tried to order a blizzard and slushie is and said they’re no longer serving. They probably turned off their machines, 20 minutes before they closed!! What lazy workers! Keep you services open until you close! Terrible service, would not recommend to anyone. Go to a location that keeps their services open until they close.
I always come to this DQ. Staff is really helpful and smiling. Sahil is the guy who served the ice cream to me today. He is very polite and always do his job with a smile, this makes my family go there. Thanks for this great job SAHIL. Keep it up.
Come on you guys, if i order strawberry cheesecake ice cream atleast add strawberry flavor and the cheesecake pieces. All I got was plain vanilla ice cream with strawberry pcs. Disappointing. Waste of $8
Over $10 for 2 plain soft-serve cones. This place has lost its way. It's a shame I can't rely on Dairy Queen for a simple summer snack
This location is charging $52.00 for one ‘8’ ice cream cake and other locations are charging $37.99 for the same cake.I don’t recommend this location and not only the cakes are expensive, they also reused the old cakes and make it over and resell them ?? They didn’t meet consumer standards. Please don’t go to this location!
Brought the kids here for a weekend treat. Service was friendly and the Blizzard's were heavenly. Will definitely be coming back!
