Food is gud but customer service is so poor because they don’t know how to deal with customers specially girl.
Ordered 3 triple chocolate brownies today from this location, brownies weren’t hot enough. Told them to warm it up, he made new one but didn’t warmed it up again. Don’t know whats the problem with that guy. Was regular customer, never gonna visit again
This was my 6th visit to this place and whenever this girl serves, she makes me feel regretting every time, I don’t know why she’s always rude… someone needs to tell her that good customer service is also a part of her job. I couldn’t get her name but she was taking orders at 9’o clock on 15th April. The other thing I recognize is she chews gum always while being there.
Anytime place to have sweet treat! I love the quality and quick service. I enjoy the strawberry shortcake, smarties blizzard and brownie with vanilla ice cream.

Very poor experience. We had ordered two hotdogs, one chilli dog and one regular and requested ketchup, mustard, and onions on both but received no onions and little to no ketchup or mustard. Contacted the establishment and spoke to the assistant manager who became very defensive and did not own up to anything. We were not looking for a refund of any kind, just for someone to apologize and take responsibility for what happened. Won’t order from here again.
Nice place for ice cream or quick bite. Their chocolate extreme blizzard or Mocha Moo latte are the best. Also banana split. Dairy queen ice cream fudge cake is good too. They have 50% off on the cakes, Every Wednesday in December. Very good price to get it for New year.
Clean, fast and tasty! I didn't realize that they don't serve food however. Wanted to try the onion rings. Now I know I'll have to go elsewhere!
Went in 2 days ago I first of all they took around 7-8 minutes just to take my order, then my brother ordered a large Oreo blizzard and I order a cookie dough blizzard with chocolate chunk, then finally I get my blizzard and when I start eating it I realize that mine had no cookie dough at all but then when I mixed it there was a little cookie dough this means that she did not blend properly. Horrible service.
The girls where great especially the cash girl. Was bubbly and attentive to our order, the guy in the back seemd like he was from outer space! Very unsure of his surroundings. Got our order wrong. I’m almost positive Dairly Queen had standards and their cones were iconic for their look, well this guy really crapped the bed when making my hot fudge sundae. The cones looked like someone plopped ice cream on them. I suggest the owners take more time to train their staff or maybe they just don’t care as it’s not their culture and this is a cash grab for them. Won’t return especially to this location.Update: I am blown away with the reply I just received. Are you kidding me? I will never return and your fan team is worse than your serving staff! Absolutely no customer service at all.
