Terrible experience! Never seen people move so slow and when the ice cream wasn’t packaged right and dumped out I had to argue with the guy to replace them. If it’s your fault own up to it and not ask me to pay again. Would never come here again the worst. Never had anyone be so condescending before.

I used to visit this place more often because I loved their Triple chocolate brownie, and also their good customer service. But, today, I really had a terrible experience there. There were two ladies and one of the ladies was in a bad mood and she seemed to be angry. As usual, I ordered Triple chocolate brownie and requested them to put a little bit more chocolate on it, but this time, I got a less as well as melted ice cream on it. Those ladies need to understand that they should not have to bring anger while serving the customers.
Terrible place. My father had been paying for ice cream for my siblings, and was using the dairy queen app to use offers. As my other siblings were still deciding, he paid for my younger sisters ice cream and was going to do another transaction for my other siblings. The manager did not seem to like that, and begun to yell at my father. Sure, he could've done a single transaction and bought all the ice cream to save time and money. But you don't have to full on yell at him and kick him out. You can't yell at him and kick him out because his CHILDREN were still deciding on what ice cream they'd like. And it wasn't like he was going to do another 10 transactions, no. He was only going to do 2! The manager made a huge fuss and refused to let my father go to his store because of such a small thing? Best not to go to this location, driving another 10 minutes to another Dairy Queen would be better than going to a DQ with not only a bad manager, but terrible staff as well.
The owner yelled at me in front of my kids because we made multiple transactions. He said he was losing money by having multiple transactions instead of a single one and when I said I don't mind doing a single transaction but you could say so without the attitude and you saw me with multiple kids trying to make up their mind so you shouldn't have cashed me out if it is a big deal to you that only of them did, he just said I won't sell to you and turned around.He was then taunting me to go ahead and report him because nothing will happen as he's the owner. Looking at the reviews, it looks like I'm not the only one yelled by this man and corporate just sends a generic reply similar to what I received.

Bad service the man is really rude. My kids start crying because he was yell at me. Owner please contact meand I ta
