This location is more expensive than others. Their portions are also smaller. My daughter gets ice cream from this location many times only because it’s convenient. We mentioned the portion were noticeably small but it was shrugged off. A few days ago we ordered a small ice cream in a cup and it’s now smaller than ever. The other customers even noticed and said something as I was walkout. My daughter was so disappointed she said she doesn’t want ice cream from that location anymore and I agreed with her.
The large “fan first promise” poster is very ironic given that the lady, presumably the owner, isn’t capable of smiling or a warm welcome to customers. If you’re that unhappy as a person, you probably shouldn’t own a restaurant and work the front counter . . .The prices seem higher than at other locations too. And since there’s only a single person working, taking orders and making food, it can take a while to get what you ordered.The food itself was fine.We usually go to the location on Queen and Centre where the owner is much nicer and they have fast and friendly service. Unfortunately, they don’t have hot food there.
We waited more than 10mins for our order and then when we got it it was freezing cold! We were the only one ordering food!! We ordered two $8 meals but there clearly was difference in the two meals! Then we had to wait a long time for our sundaes. The kicker was the ladies in the back preparing food didn’t even wear hair nets! Won’t be coming here again!

I almost waited 20 minutes to order the shake and when I ordered I realized that there was only 1 person working alone in the whole location and I had to wait almost another 20 minutes for my order. I strongly recommend the owner to hire someone or close the location if you are not able to run smoothly
The manager here was amazing! I called and asked for an item and he had it! I went to the wrong location and he ended up staying at his location until i got there even though they were closed!!! he was absolutely amazing!! (Fudge&Crunch)??
I order at this Dairy Queen almost a couple of times a week since moving to that area. I ordered 2 separate orders for 2 different people but I offered to use my app for my coworkers. I come in and this lady( Indian) doesn’t smile, makes me feel unwelcome and proceeds to get mad at me telling me I cannot Make 2 separate orders and use coupons both times. The app allowed me! Regardless, I’m the customer and she shouldn’t be speaking to me like I’m a child! Plus their servings are always small! As for the toppings for their blizzard, they don’t put the same measurements like other Dairy Queen!Stay away from this location!Safe to say I will never go back there to order! You just lost a loyal customer who constantly bring business!
This location lacks customer service. The owners rip off the serving sizes and toppings. For example, other locations fill the cone from the bottom- not this location! Also, they won't let you use more than one coupon from the app, even if there are two of us there. That shows me you're scrooging it and money is more important to you than repeat customers. This business model is very dangerous for success. Want good service and honest serving sizes? Drive a bit down Queen st. to the OG location.
Very very bad service. The lady at the counter is super rude, as if she's doing the customer a favor. The blizzards we ordered were not like other DQs serve, quantity was less and there were no toppings. Never going back to this location!
They charged me extra for cheesecake and strawberries for my blizzard but added only the regular amount. I called in and the employee kept saying how he added extra and then I asked to speak to his manager and his manager was very stubborn.Instead of issuing me a refund or a credit, she said she’d check the cameras and make sure so I told her I’d be coming in the next day to watch the camera recording with her because I don’t trust her word.Horrible service and horrible ice cream.Cheap brown employees who don’t know anything about customer satisfaction.
