The burger was big, spicy and pretty good. The tenders were really good as well. The service was pretty good as well.If you go late at night though(this place is open till 4am), you might not find fried chicken. They typically don't sell that later at night.
I order off of UberEats a lot here. The chicken is always crispy which is a big plus, biscuit is good too. However they disabled their notes so you can’t ever make any modifications. What if I or someone had an allergy? I’ve called the restaurant multiple times but no one ever picks up the phone. What’s the point of having a phone then? It’s disappointing.
My first and last time here. Heard alot about it but when I went there, seemed like the staff was still getting trained by the owner. Food came out in good time but when sat to eat, portions were not what I expected. 3 small tenders that seemed like part of less than half chicken breast, 1 biscuit which was expected and 5 pieces of onion rings. Really?? Not to mention it was all oily and had a very bad after taste from deep frying. Not sure if they know to clean their oil and all. Never again!!
Worst service…… girl at front counter with heavy curly hair without hair net …… making regular visit in cooking area and near uncovered food …… she was rude to customers ….. lady who was just asking for refund for food which restaurant was unable to deliver ….. guys if you are out of stock ….. pls check before accepting order …… I mean customer paid for food … which she never got ……. What kind of service is that..??
Worst service………… ever faced …… just placed an order …. After kept me waiting for 5 minutes…… girl replied…. We are out of stock of item you ordered……. When I asked for refund …….. she wanted me to bring card ….. when card was presented….. she replied our machine is showing error to refund ……. I was supposed to wait for 2-3 minutes for my order and I wasted 15 minutes for refund ………. Over the top they were still unable to give me refund …… either I shop waste more time or just leave my money…… so I decide to left money to them……but this is the worst customer service…….. my kids were waiting outside in cold …. N I was wasting my time …… because of their fault ….. I think they must check stock before taking order……??????????????????????… never ever visit again

Overall food was delicious. The honey butter biscuits were next level. The service was pretty good. As we were there at dinner time Saturday there was a bit of a wait for our order.
Best fried chicken in Brampton. Better than all of the other major companies such as; Popeyes, KFC etc. seasoned and cooked well. Fries are always crispy and warm. The staff here is very friendly, and there is a lot of parking at this location.
Staff lacks basic knowledge with their own products. Very very disappointed with the service provided here. They have kindergartens working here. I asked the cashier for side breast with thigh and leg combo, they literally could not understand what I was saying. These businesses should employ people who understands basic English. The level of stupidity I experienced made this visit my last.
Mexicana Sandwich is great. Very appropriate quantity as well. I find the price is ok, seating arrangement is not great but again its a burger joint. The food is amazing.
