Worst service ever... my drinks arrived after 40 minutes and food even more late and that too burnt. When i asked about it. Lady there said " you are not the only one here" there were literally 4 other tables. Time waste money waste mood spoiled.
Don't waste your money here. The beef was extremely salty and chewy. I had to wait 30mins for my order and they didn't even make the right one, then I had to wait again. The baked potato was hard and not even hot.
had appetizers place seemed not so busy, but took some time to get food which was a little odd I only ordered a few things which later I realized it took extra time for well done which I hadn't requested but oh well.
Lobster was way overcooked and server was very abrupt and hurried. Not even a "thank you" or "have a good night" after paying and tipping. The filet mignon was good, and the mashed potatoes (which I was charged extra for even though O believe they were in the picture on the menu with this dish) were also good. Have been to a few Chucks restaurants and am usually very happy with everything.
My girlfriend and I have been to this location multiple times and had a pretty good experience, but the most recent time we went, our server Megan was extraordinary! We can honestly say we haven't gotten service like what she provided for us in awhile. From the moment we got there, she was attentive to what we needed, constantly checked up on us, and brought us our food and drinks so quickly! We were blown away! Not only that, but she was great to conversate with, and just made our overall experience better. Oh and the burgers are out of this world. 5 stars to you Megan! :)
Had a great experience. Customer service was on point. Food tasted good and was served in a timely manner. Prices are really good i got a steak and lobster for $25 it included a corn on the cob and a side. The place was clean. Definitely recommend to check it out.
Family of 4 celebrating Mother's Day, we choose Chuck's because I was there before for a work-lunch and like the food and prices. First sign of terrible service, we get there and no one to greets the clients at arrival, we wait 7 minutes before someone acknowledge our presence at the front door, when there was another 10 people behind us and the door was blocked, it is almost 4:00pm and the restaurant was half full, plenty of tables to accommodate everyone fast in the waiting line. We order drinks and right away our order, nothing extraordinary from the menu, no appetizers, one buffalo chicken sandwich, one chicken tenders and 2 steaks. After that the waiter disappear from the restaurant, we continue waiting, and waiting, and waiting, good 45 minutes pass and I realized that the people after us in the lineup they are already eating, that's when I get up looking for our server to inquiry about our order, is almost 5:00pm and she just said it will check with the kitchen, she came back just to tell us that our order is not ready yet and also we have 4 to 5 orders in front of us, clearly unacceptable and no sympathy, no apology whatsoever, I tell her to cash me out the drinks and you will never see me again, I called the manager on duty and even though he apologize, he was fine with loosing the business, like he can care less. I told them that will never get back there and need to be more customer service oriented if they want to survive in the food business. SERVER NAME: THAGARD
Service was 7/10. Pretty slow but considering our server was the only person in the dining area cant really blame that on her.Food was 4/10 at best would've given it a lower score but i was hungry. The corn smelled like laundry water. It seemed like it was soaked/in water the whole day and was pulled out and put on the grill. I had Rib eye which was very under seasoned. My 11 year old son would’ve cooked that better. Wife had smoked meat sandwich. Bread smelled really moldy and she just ate her sides and hoping our dog would at least enjoy the meat of the sandwich. She also had the spinach artichoke dip which had no artichoke. Wife had to place an order at another restaurant for take out while i was paying for the bill.Overall 5/10 just cause i was hungry. But this place is more of going to place to get away from the family kind of restaurant. Have a beer or two with the guys.
The food is so good and tasty awesome… we have tried nachos, wings and bbq chicken so wonderful… thanks for the best service
