They do not have coconut milk, so we decided to go with Mango Smoothie, with coconut jelly and crystal bobas. The drink was really refreshing and slushy. They also don't have the popping bobas. If you're looking for something with that, this place is no good for you. But overall, with the drinks they're offering it was pretty good and their ambiance is beautiful, you can easily sit there for hours!
Unprofessional employerI normally don't write bad reviews. But even after almost a year I still have negative feelings about my employment experience.I applied for work at this chatime location last summer.During the phone interview the employer asked me for a picture of myself, my height, and my weight. That made me feel unsafe. But since this is just a bubble tea shop I thought that perhaps there was nothing to worry about. I had no idea during that time that asking such questions is considered discriminatory practice.My first shift was on the day of the interview. They asked me to come in the evening. Turns out that that night was a extremely busy night. There was no formal training. I was literally just thrown in. It was an extremely stressful first day of work. I remember we got off at midnight.I was not given a work schedule so I had no idea when would be my next shift (this position wasn't a call-in position either). I was called for my second shift a week after. The employer was rude during the call, excusing me of not following uniformwhen she forgot to tell me all of the details.I was soon laid off after just 2 shifts. Again the employer sounded rude and cut me off when I tried to explain my situation. The payment for the two shifts were late by over a week. I had to remind them 2 times in order to get paid.
NOT HAPPY. This is the second time I’ve ordered from this within the last month and have been greatly disappointed. I ordered a drink with extra brown sugar and it has no extra brown sugar and the pearls are flavorless and hard my matcha smoothie also does not taste the same. Waste of my time and money to come there and not get the order properly done also asked for crema and don’t taste that at all and it’s put in a non see through cup so you can’t see that they’re not adding the proper add ons.
Unfortunately, I will not be going back.I buy bubble tea on a regular basis (multiple times a week sometimes). This place used to be good but now they are selling 8$ worth of ice. When I asked the manager if this was the normal amount of ice, she said it was. I finished my tea and 3/4 of my large cup is still just ice. For a drink worth 8$, you are ripping your customers off. They also changed the cups and are no longer see through and there was maybe 25% of the brown sugar when I asked for 100%. If you want good tea, go to the bubble tea place on bramalea and sandalwood or by Dixie and queen. Third picture is after 40 min of driving. That's how much ice they put that it won't melt.

There is a tip jar on the counter inside this business. Naturally, customers leave tips thinking it is going to the workers, the young people who are working. I have been told by a couple of different employees that these tips are collected and kept by the owner without explanation. Real nice.
I went a day ago to order the espresso crema pearls with oat milk and the guy completely messed up my order and also the barista made our drinks wrong. 3 time getting this drink and it was nothing like the first 2 times. This location sucks.
I experienced the worst customer service I have experienced in all my life. It's unbelievable because I've been a loyal customer for over 4 years. My mother had come down with a cold and specifically asked for the drink with no ice. I asked them to remake the drink with no ice (which seems very reasonable to me). The manager argued with me and told me that the customer is not always right because they don't make the drink with no ice. After explaining myself, the manager (male) agreed to make changes to the drink, he literally poured the ice out which is very unhygenic and unsanitary and resealed the drink leaving the drink half full. Either the manager or assisant manager (which was female) told me she was doing me a favour and proceeded to argue with me, unbelievable. I would personally never recommend this location to anyone. In addition, she asked me to contact head office in regards to getting a drink with no ice. I ended up disposing the drink at the store. The manageress is very unprofessional and rude. Coco tea makes great bubble tea and I am grateful they have opened a location in Brampton.
Double check your orders when leaving. I ordered all regular sizes but charged me for two large drinks. I even corrected them and told them twice about the size but they still got my order wrong. Worse thing is I ordered roasted milk tea and gave me matcha, and it tasted like water that's with 100% sugar with less ice, what a waste of money! Just go to Coco, they always get my orders right!
In my opinion, the tea I had wasn't the best but it was alright and I would like to try another flavor.
