I ordered large fries extreme with chicken everything on it mild sauce no jalapeños on it but there was no salsa or any spice or salt on it , worse food with nacho cheese and salad .I am there customer since day one they open location on Kennedy & Queen never disappointed but today I called them back instead fixing or replacing my meal I been told manager will call back or send me link for email to send a picture .almost 3 hours are past and no response . I’m a real burrito reviewer of over 60 years. Me and my team have just ate some of your burritos and we have bad news. Every single item on your menu is mid. I highly recommend making better burritos and studying the works of Fresh Burrito or retiring. I hope you understand.
Always serving the best quality ingredients on all their products. Always a tough choice with so many selections, but you really go with my favourites garlic shrimp or haddock burrito.I have had more authentic but still one of my go-to staples.
We ordered through uber eats and the store did make a mistake on 1 order out of 2. However, after speaking to the restaurant and speaking to Abhy the conclusion was great. Abhy's customers service was amazing. We have been to the restaurant previously for take outs and have always had excellent service. We will continue to do uber eats and take out.
The burrito was good but they forgot to put sour cream. Had to wait like 15 mins which I didn't mind. Next time I rather order it online.
Been here several times. Food is good but the portions are MUCH smaller than other locations. I always get a large burrito but it looks more like a wrap than a burrito. Won’t be going back.
Suggestion — blatantly loud music is neither cool nor convenient. Practically had to shout my order thru the mask across the counter.Ur food is good tho.
Quality is good. Portion was small. Naked Burrito was 1/3rd of the portion compared to other burrito Boyz locations … completely unfair portions
Always great service. Place is kept clean and the staff is very friendly. Ordering online, calling in or at the counter easy process. Fresh, hot, tasty food for a very affordable price. If you haven't visited this located, do it!
Hands down best burritos! Period! Every topping you can think of, they have. Don't overlook the calamari....amazing! Always the #1 pick when we want take-out.
