Great place, new staff need more training as they are scared to put even the regular quantity of products that includes in Burrito Bowl. I had 2 bowls last Sunday but the quality was way less compared to the same store previously as well as other Burrito Boys locations. I am not sure if it is a training or the instructions from the owner of the store but thus need to fix asap as once the issue is spread with word of mouth, it will be tough to maintain the business at the high level revenue ad there are few tough competitors in close proximity. Again the quality and test was awesome. But the quantity was not worth to the price. Hope this feedback is taken constructive to improve my next experience see you soon guys.
This location doesn’t give out the appropriate portions. When ordering a naked burrito bowl they sprinkled ingredients onto the bowl instead of using the scoop (that’s inside of each ingredient) to measure proper portions. I found myself needing to continue asking the employee if they could give me more ingredients as part of my bowl, other wise I’d have about 6 pieces of tomato chunks along with other minimal ingredients.Food tastes great, but the amount that is given to you is not as substantial as it used to be.
Blamed Uber and their system for neglecting my order despite the receipt being right there! No apology, no accountability and as I waited for my order another customer was complaining about how their order was incorrect as well. Again, no apology, no accountability - clearly the only thing this location is consistent with is their ability to screw everything up!
We enjoy their burritos. Manage to get the order right most of the time but they do slip here and there. There were times we asked for spicy and to skip certain toppings but the spice wasn’t there and the skipped toppings were. We already got the order home and there’s nothing we could do about it, since it’s a bit of a drive to take it back. Otherwise generally their burritos are delicious and service is good
Update: service appears to have improved. The food quality was on point. Glad to see they have made changes. I can recommend this place now. This chain has gone from being my favorite to least preferred. I ordered nachos, naked burrito and quesadilla. Nachos were cold despite ordering hot cheese. COLD! Not warm, absolutely cold. Quesadilla for some reason had too much salt. Lastly, I specifically requested to have jalapeños broken to smaller chunks. But again, I received big chunks and all lumped together. It sucks that one store is bringing the whole name down. I am only posting this after my third try, and the food has gotten worse since opening. I will be totally avoiding this chain in the near future.
Bad burrito. Save your money and go to another location. Didn't follow online order (cant even say didnt hear me right) and to them "large" is exactly the same quantity as regular. I guess saving few ounces of ingredient is more important than repeat customer. Luckily there are so many burrito boyz now its easy to find a proper one without compromise.
I visited many burrito boyz but this location pretty good specially very clean I m so impressed. andThank you for open in holiday.
Stingy people! Quantity is very less!Look at the other reviews, almost everyone is complaining about the same issue. The Funny part is its still the same!!! Unchanged. Looks like noone really cares lol. No wonder the rating is low.
I got yummy naked chicken with lime, it was excellent. I would definitely get it again.
Good quality of food! I love the taste and service of this location. It's far better than any other location.
