This location is cheap af when it comes to adding chicken or beef. You can pay for extra chicken/beef but still get the same quantity/serving as the normal value. Franchiser needs to step up and change the standard serving. Absolutely unacceptable that i PAID for the extra serving and when i complain that it’s the same amount as a normal serving they shut me down and say they can’t do anything about it.
I noticed that when Jeremy makes my burritos it taste SO GOOD. I don’t know whether or not he does anything different but I do know each time I ask him to make it with love (as silly as it may seem) it definitely taste better. THANK YOU JEREMY and all the other staff that make my burrito (I get the same one every time) with love.The little things make a big difference in someone’s day.
I have been coming to these people from years. They were so good . But recently their quality went so low. They dont take orders seriously. Tried several times thinking that it might be some one who messed up but it starts happening everytime . Their Burrito just taste like a boiled potatoes. No Burrito taste at all .
Stopped here while driving by to pick up a couple of naked bowls for lunch. The entrance to the plaza and the exit is a bit odd as it is near a major intersection.The two vegan naked bowls are now a standard fare for us and have tried these at many locations and we can tell if this was a bit out of whack. But this was not. Instead the quantity was slightly more than other locations.The bowls were made to the customizations we like. The service was quick and the interior was clean and had all pandemic related safety protocols in place.
Great food and always fresh veggies with hot sauce and nice and clean store.Amazing customer service.
Very bad service. We waited almost 15 minutes just to know they didn't even start the order while we were waiting in front of them. Staff is very unprofessional and wasted a lot of time while talking amongst themselves. Very very slow and sluggish service. Do not recommend...if you plan to have a burrito here for dinner...come at lunch time.
The staff at this location is so incredibly slow. I have been waiting twenty mintues for my two burritos, they weren't even complicated either.

I ordered 2 burritos. It took more than 40 mins for them to make the freaking burritos and then I was told they are out of rice, so they will be putting in extra lettuce. I refrain from going into this location and recommend you to go to other burrito place, this one is not worth it!
