Have been eating at this BK for years but this time they disappointed us. People keep waiting for their orders but they pay more attention to delivery/drive thru orders. Walk-in people keep waiting. Two separate orders took us almost half hour to get the (fast?) food. Their team maybe needs to be retrained.
Home of the whopper! Everyone loves a good whopper.However, has anyone notice the rat infestation going on outside this location. I get it, you deal with rodents in the restaurant business. But these guys are everywhere. Beyond manageable with the odd trap scattered throughout the building. They are running across your car at the drive thru, running along the scrubs. Even had them climbing in the shrubs close enough to jump in your car. Poor staff try not to talk about it when you bring it up. Does the city know how bad it is here. These restaurant owners need help, they can't tackle this by themselves.
Quick late night service, drive through. Minor mix up but food was great. Tried the Nashville hot crispy chicken burger, was drenched in oil, im not sure if its supposes to be but it was good. Not for the weak stomach's though.
Dear Customers stay away from this place better go to McDonald’s or KFC , The guy name Karan and his subordinates and specially he don’t have any sense to talk to customers he has sheer nonsense and have absurd behaviour and big black spot on the name of big brand like Burger King he is spoiling your brand image he should have been immediately fired from Job. This is my worst experience I have ever encountered. Burger King it’s my request either give a proper training to your night staff or else change and hire some decent staff who knows how to talk to customers.
Come on. It's BK. Does more need to be said? Actually nuggets are the worst and fries suck. Burgers are good. Southwest burger was gross with those chips on top. Good breakfast though.
Best deals in fast food, and darned tasty too. The King Deal is $6.77 for 2 cheeseburgers, small fries, and a small drink. My wife and I usually share and for two old people it's a heck of a lunch.I don't know why, but the staff at Burger King just seem happier than other fast food joints. Highly recommended.
This is NOT coming from a customer, but from a Food COURIER who helps you in your business. Yes, i hope the top management is reading this.So, I pick up an order from SkipTheDishes, go to the restaurant, tell them the order number, they give me the order which has a drink. So, the manager(idk if they were the manager) Ms. Karandeep tells me they don't give a tray for one drink. Alright, so let me tell you a small incident which happened a few hours ago before i picked up this order. I picked up an order from a *different* restaurant, where they give me a tray but still, one of the drink spills. The reason I am writing this review whilst being infuriated, is the way this young lady spoke with me. All of your staff was around, and she literally in a very humiliating way asked me that the restaurant doesn't give a tray. I would have never asked for it had the incident i told you had happened with me. Everyone deserves respect on their job, and this is my job. I would never ever recommend anyone to visit this place.
The whopper has never changed! Not like McDonalds where within the years the Big Mac became a small Mac the whopper is still big and tastes great. Especially the location on Rutherford and Queen street Brampton they’re always great flavours and the service is exceptional!
I tried chicken burger and chicken nuggets. It was very good in taste and I would recommend for my friends
Been coming here for awhile now and I have never been disappointed. Food is always good, service is good, they always get my order right and that’s all you can really ask for! Cheers guys
