Staff are excellent, super attentive and friendly.Portions are very generous, Pasta Tuesday's are a great deal and their selection of gourmet pastas have a lot of variety.Food itself is quite tasty especially for a chain restaurant. Highly recommend any of the pasta dishes as well as the loaded nachos.-1 star because the pizza was on the soft/soggy side for a pizza place.
Service here is so good - Every time we come Erin has been our waitress and she is so attentive and kind we love coming here. It's nice to not have to wait super long she always asks us how we are doing and brings our drinks out quickly. Thank you for the great service.
It’s quite a busy place but you will know why when you visit it!The staff is so friendly and that will be highlight for us. Ordered pasta and bread with strawberry mojito. Taste was perfect !
It's been a year since I visited but I still love the food here. The service was again good and quick. We only had an hour and didn't feel rushed. There's a great selection of lunch specials - smaller portions of our fave dishes. We had a pizza and Tacos with wine. The portions were the perfect size for dinner, just enough. Everything was well cooked and tasted fresh and delicious.
I love this location the staff is so nice and polite. I had a lovely experience with a waitress named Torie. Her service was fast and sufficient she also was extremely polite. She truly made my experience lovely. I highly recommend coming to this location if you are looking for 5 star service.
It was mother's day, so the restaurant had quite a few people there. But the food we received looked like this, a pizza that is literally split from its base. We immediately returned the pizza as the way it looked ruined our appetites. Would not recommend.
We never usually came to Boston Pizza until we got Erin as our server. she is exceptional!! super quick service, helpful with menu decisions, and makes amazing drinks! what more can you ask for? we have become regular because of Erin! Definitely come and ask for her she will have you coming back 100%
We had Erin as our server and I will say she is definitely one of the best people we have ever come across. Such amazing service and very friendly. We have continously been coming back for her. If u plan on going ask ahead and make sure Erin is working bar side she is amazing !
Amazing location! Came to the Brampton with friends for the first time and stopped by this location and couldn't ask for better service! I believe our servers name was Sonia not sure! Amazing person and great energy. The food was served quick and it was great! We ordered wings, nachos, pasta, fingers.The best thing about our server was she was keep on checking with us. Definitely hit the spot! Would highly recommend if you haven't been here and you are in town.
An all time favourite place to dine at.. Although I am a meat lover, but their Mediterranean Pizza tops the list of my favourites..
