Disappointed due to customer service. I told the lady that I do not want ice. She gave me half glass of smoothie telling this is what you get if you do not need ice and if any problem talk with corporate office as it’s their policy. I have been to other locations never an issue. Even at this location in past the ladies never gave me that answer!
My smoothie was great as usual, but the service…if you don’t want to work here don’t work here. So rude. The lady rolled her eyes every time she had to walk up to the counter to take an order. I get people have bad days but don’t take it out on the customers.
Quick service and friendly! My first time at booster juice and I picked a drink and they asked me if I wanted any extras on the side wall to the right. I got the mango hurricane! It was delicious! Price is fair and from what I seen, it was a clean place.

This location often forgets to ask if I want a booster, in my drink. That makes me annoyed When I realize that after. I kind of mentioned that to the girl, so the next time she did remember. I like ordering the Marathon smoothie. I try to avoid dairy products.

Not sure if it's a decision on the corporate level or what but ingredient quality has changed. Today was my first time going there since before COVID happened and not really impressed. I learned to make some booster juice smoothies over the lockdown and was satisfied because I could scratch that itch. I was really looking forward to the real thing but total disappointment. Brought my drink back the first time thinking a mistake was made maybe. The replacement was a little better but still not the usual, like not even close to the usual. No need to go back now, I can make it better at home. Matcha Secrets FTW. Sorry BJ, people will pay for quality.
Long line ups and rude staff. The drinks are watered down save yourself some issues and go to real fruit down the mall. Less headaches and the staff are better
