Only one person working here around 3:40PM with lots of orders to do, but she is doing a fantastic job! I can tell she is really trying her best to keep up! Although, management should have more staff working during busy times.
I definitely recommend visiting this place! Their shots are delicious, especially wheatgrass. I also recommend the Hail to the Kale juice. This drink will leave you feeling energized and refreshed. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well. The customer service experience was excellent! I will definitely return to this location.
Had to wait there for at least half an hour to get 2 drinks. Poor girl was working all alone and 5 people in line. They should put more people to work at a time so we don’t have to wait.
Wrost place … lady work on morning she has no manners … She is to much rude .. Bad experience to visit this place .. I never come again and I suggest to others never come this place…
This is a pretty good location. I like that it’s clean inside. The drinks were pretty good but tasted a tad watered down. Also, we weren’t greeted when we walked in and we weren’t asked if we needed any help. The person serving us just waited until we were ready to order. If there was good customer service, totally would have given five stars.
After 18 years of being a customer of Booster Juice and never having an issue with asking for no ice at any location, I was seriously shorted on my Brazilian Thunder this week at this location by the manager who prepared the smoothie. When the other worker poured the drink and noticed the short she asked him what to do, he said it was fine. I complained that it wasn't fine. He said too bad and if you wanted a full cup it will cost another 75 cents. Last time I will visit this location and the other location this manager manages at Courtney Park.
This was on SkipTheDishes, they messed upmy order I asked for a smoothie bowl with granola and even paid extra for it and didn’t get it. Disappointing:(
Okay place, however, a couple of the staff there are very professional and nice particularly Meg & Emma are simply awesome ! They always go far & beyond to give their customers a fantastic customer service experience. I sometimes wonder if they ever get tired because they always have a smile on their faces the duo , anytime of the day I visit this outlet. Keep up the good job Emma & Meg !!
Product is good but lack of size choice is a negativeSnack size or massive that's it , the juice cup is a perfect mid size that I would really want to buyWhen we buy the current size choice it's either not enough and a rip off for the small or too much and waste the largeTop reason I hate going here
