One star is too generous. Worst customer service. I walked into an empty store at 9:00am, and say “good morning” and guy (I believe he’s the owner as I’ve seen him there before), says absolutely nothing. He’s also facing my direction. No problem, give him like 30 seconds, this guy doesn’t acknowledge me, look up or indicate he’s going to be with me shortly. So I turn around and walk straight out. Don’t spend your money where is clearly not welcomed.
Worst Customer Service, the way girl was looking at me looks like she don’t want to take my order. I visit on Sat around 8:30 p.m i wanted to place an order for fresh juice but the girl said i can order just the smoothies because she have already cleaned the juicer. She said that’s what i told by the owner to do so. I told the girl this is not the booster juice’s policy. I ended up ordering the regular size smoothies, the girl didn’t even bother to ask me if i need the booster in it or no, she didn’t ask me do you want to with ice or without ice.

Since I have been drinking booster juice , it has put me on the right path to eating right. I have lost so much weight.
Using sanitizer to clean fruit cutting board.... shocked .... she we need to drink sanitizer to clean our body..... have no sence ..... they shd need to use warm water to clean after each use .... no sanitizer cloth. ..
Cups are not full to the top. Definitely way more liquid. AVOID THIS LOCATION.
They need to blend out the smoothies better; there were chunks of fruit at the bottom of my drink. I paid $10.50 for a smoothie, not a fruit cup.
Now service is not same went two times recently and she said we are not making juices now
Will cheat you and water down your drinks or not make it according to the company recipe or policy.
Smoothies are watered down and tastes gross. If you want better smoothies go to the Mississauga Rd location.
