Excellent hall, diligent staff and amazing food! We had to reschedule our sangeet twice due to covid closures/reopenings and Manprit really took care of us and went the extra mile to accommodate us. We're forever grateful to him and to Bombay Palace for providing amazing service overall. Even during the evening, the manager came to check up on us to ensure everything is to our liking. We're extremely happy with the result.
We had a group of 100 ladies for dinner and decided to go with Bombay Palace for two reasons. First , the banquet hall could accommodate us and second we did enjoy their lunch buffet. Unfortunately, the food for our dinner party was not up to Bombay Palace standard. The only good thing was the ambience, the staff and Sam the manager . Without getting into too much detail, we found the owners customer skills left a lot to be desired.
From the road, Bombay Palace looks closed. You can't see inside the windows. I went for the lunch buffet on Friday, in early April. With tax, it costs $20.33. It was worth it. Despite a relatively conservative selection of dishes, the ones I tried very good. The taste and texture of the dishes was much to my liking. The selection of deserts (including ice cream) was also limited but good. The fruit appeared fresh and bright. I liked everything that I tried and nothing but sauce smears remained on my plate.

Staff is helpful, place is decent. Hall is really decent. I wish it was little bigger. But trust me when I say this ... food is one of the best in town. Your guests will be overwhelmed with the food taste. I liked the location of bar and selection they offer as well. Overall, had a wonderful time there.
Small, open set up, would consider a more intimate environment. Suggest $$$, higher priced for the buffet and variety but good quality, homey food and some great options. We came for the buffet but also took some a la carte home for everyone to try, good reviews from the family. Would recommend making reservations to guarantee a table and avoid any wait time.
The experience at this restaurant has always been extremely welcoming. The employees really make you feel at home. Food was amazing, staff were so nice and funny. Good vibes. All you can eat was great, (the dessert can be a bit better) but overall still 5 stars
Bombay Palace is truly an amazing place to book for any sort of event. We booked it for my sister's engagment party and the place was perfect. the staff was amazing, they were super nice. The food was literally amazing. everyone loved the food and the service. people kept complementing the food!! We just want to thank the staff and the people at bombay palace for making the event great. definitely recommend!!
My favourite Indian restaurant in Brampton, hands down! Chicken methi and saag paneer are my go to favourites but all their dishes are great! Fresh and authentic. Amazing staff!
Great customer service and friendly staff members. I didn’t find find any restaurant in Brampton that can meet this restaurant’s standard in food quality and customer service. Food quality and quantity both were excellent.
