Usually a great spot today was just not it. Order one reg. Scoop and the portion seemed off. I even asked the staff working and she did not care - it's not a big deal and the cone was great but just the customer service was terrible
Busy staff can be friendly, I picked up napkins from packaging, rude staff picked up the package right away and put it away. How rude was that

Called them to discuss ideas for my sons 4th birthday cake. Great suggestions and easily accommodated any of my asks. Best part was… the cake was phenomenal. Beat my expectations and great service all around. My new go to place for the best cakes in town!
Good ice cream but a bit overpriced. The Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Polar Pizza was extremely tasty, but it’s around the price of a small ice cream cake only way thinner. But they do put a lot of cookie dough chunks on it so it’s a nice one-time treat.
Customer service is pretty good here. Ordered an ice cream cake for my son's birthday. Turned out well although the cakes are a bit too pricey.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. They always go above and beyond to make their customers happy. Both the cake and topper were done by then. I couldn’t be more thankful!
