Had a wonderful experience the Sardarji was very nice and definitely made the experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ owner was very unprofessional and I definitely recommend her to take customer service classes. Overall well & good experience. Definitely love to definitely come back and deal with sardarji over that lady.
The best place to have ice cream in Brampton. The quality is good and worth its price.this is a favourite stop for us. Employee working there was super helpful with suggestions.
While visiting Brampton from west coast my host took me to this location of BR, my Al time favourite ice cream. Fist time, in my life the server on the instructions of her supervisor lady, asked to pay as soon as I get the cup while other server was still serving rest of the group. My host told the manager that he will pay once every body I served with their choice of ice cream and she refused and kept the filled cups behind the counter. Also the scopes were lot smaller then the one we get in Vancouver, London or any other city of the world. Taste was as good as we expected though.
Great ice creams but poor customer service. The lady there ( think shes the owner of shop) got zero customer service skills. Wish she treated us as sweet as vanilla ice cream i had.
So we went in a group of nine ppl.So their was only one person taking our orders.What she did was she took the order one by one and collected all the ice cream at her counter place.We requested her that she could give us as the ice creams started melting and also we weren’t running any where. We were sitting right next to payment counters.She denied us saying that it’s against the company’s policy.We got the ice creams but it weren’t upto the Baskin Robins mark.Guys pls wake up.
Loving the new "non-dairy mint chocochunk ice-cream" from Baskin Robbins. The perfect treat for this 28 degree heat! The cotton candy flavor with two scoops is kid approved!
This is not the first time that this has happened at this location. But it is the last. My daughter and I went in for a treat as we didn't want a soft serve, but a nice scoop. We stood for 8 minutes, and were not acknowledged by the staff. However, people coming in after us was being served. If that is how you treat your customers, I will not be a patron. I will also be spreading the word regarding this location.
Horrible experience. Went in with my mom and there was only a couple of people ahead of us, they were helped when it was our turn the woman behind the counter turned to the person who came in after us and helped him, we let that slip. then a group came in and the same lady welcomed them the proceeded to serve them. This is not the 1st time this has happened at this location and I promise you that is the last time we go there
Baskin Tobbins ice-cream is the best! The store is spacious and the staff is courteous.
Worst experience ever this evening with their employees. I have video of how rude the employee treated me and my girls. I asked to get cones on the side because I don’t want my girls eating ice cream in our new vehicle. She’s trying to charge me .50 for each cone x6. Ridiculous! I’ve never been charged just to have it in the cup so that my car ride home is mess free!!!! At that point when she started arguing with me infront of everyone I just wanted to pay and get out as I felt so disrespected and she was calling me names. I hope Dimple will be fired for the way she treats customers.Had I not been a regular customer that comes EVERY WEEK, I wouldn’t have been so upset but being a regular, and also having to work at BR in my younger years for 5 years +. I feel really disappointed this is how their customer service is now.Portion was EXTREMELY small as well which was very unusual. I definitely won’t be coming back with my 6 kids ever again!
