Delicious food!! Ample space to dine in, yet very long waiting lines. Better to reserve in advance. Must try butter garlic masala dosa. Sambhar has room for improvement considering its the staple for any south Indian dish. Chutnies are delicious. We waited for 20 min to sit in, but food was served quick. Staff were polite and friendly. However, cutleries were missing and we had to ask quite a few times before we can start our meals. Not a major thing, but it gets noted when you are starving!!Washroom was clean. We will come back again!!
The food taste is Authentic. I have been here two times. I ordered Madras masala dosa and it was super spicy along with Channa with Puri. Please note that they mean what they have written in menu for the spice level unlike many Indian restaurants in Brampton.
We went with our whole family for a birthday and everything was sooooo good and the cleanliness was amazing. Our server went out of her way to ask us how everything went and was so sweet when we asked for extra things for the table. Can't wait to go again!
Delicious food no doubt..kindly make reservations before visit the place on weekends.Server charmi was really good ? in food recommendations and service. Highly impress.
Authentic South Indian food! We had medu vada and cheese masala dosa. The portion size is good. The dosa came with green chutney, tomato chutney, coconut chutney and sambar.
I ordered rava masala dosa and it was delicious but potatoes were only stuffed at one corner regarding that tasty. Lemonade was too sour so I didn’t drink. Ordered matka kulfi but after 10 minutes we were informed that they Are out of stock
1. Very rude staff. 2. They keep mixing up our order with another table several times. And with their mistakes they were showing attitudes towards us. 3. Finally, when we requested take out container for our unfinished and paid food, server said they do not provide the container.. LOL Never ever going back.
The pictures shows half burnt or over heated dosa that we were served . We placed the whole order but advised to be served in parts in time gap. But after 20-25 min of waiting, everything came in one shot and there was not even enough space to keep on the table even. When we complained, they started giving explanations that dosa takes time to get ready and lot more. Finally they took it back and when we finished the first dish and asked them to bring dosas.,the same dosas came back after 25 min reheated as in the below piks. The marks on the empty plate shows that it was burnt and it tastes bitter too.So our evening was ruined. We somehow finished and did not create any scene and came back. So I say they have poor management, unprofessional, slow service. Would not recommend and not go there again.
Friends and I visited the Toronto location on Wellington Street a few weeks ago. Decor was nice and definitely matched with an Indian theme and service was top notch as well. Although I am not a huge lover of vegetarian food it was good and our server was great at what recommending for us to order. I enjoyed my meal excepting was looking to order a nice Indian beer to go with my spicy food only to find they don't serve any alcohol at all so I ordered the mango drink instead which was to my taste buds horrid as you could taste the carnation milk in it which I despise but that's my taste - overall a good meal at a reasonable price with great service. I quite enjoyed the deep fried cheese would go back again.
This is definitely one of the top 3 restaurants in GTA.The food is delicious and it's reasonably priced.Service was fast and server explained dishes, spice level other details well.We ordered sambar vada and dahi vada and Bada was very soft and by far best Bada I have eaten.Mix veg uttapam had lot of veggies,Channa bhatura was nice, green chilli dosa very spicy but we were warned about it before hand.Paneer bhurji Dosa was very unique and nicely cut,Pongal and lemon rice tasted good as well.Butter milk was spicy but refreshing and salt Lassi was not very heavy.Comparing to its peers like Saravana bhavan and gurulaxmi it might not be as hyped but definitely cheaper and tastier like them and worth a try
