Parathas are good and definitely recommend. Something management definitely need to address is one of the staff is rude in reply. I was not familiar with the menu and was asking questions and she didn't like it. It was as if I should know everything kind of tone. I was trying to be very polite and hence didn't know why staff was behaving that way. Feels uncomfortable going there if this continues. Reduced rating because of bad customer service experience.
Food changed from four years ago. Changed to 2 stars.April 1 2022 Husband and I had their curry chicken wrap.. didn't even taste like Trinidadian style curry seemed to have an east Indian twist to it. Also had their doubles.. if you can call it that... very very dry and not tasty at all.The good thing, the wrap had a hair in it and they replaced with a new one. And their chicken pies taste good.Do better Alima!
Best roti shells in the area. Always fresh! Reheat the next day or freeze it and it’s still great.
This is must try Roti place, even though they look Caribbean all Indian must try their Roti insanely good. The coconut rolls pastries are my favourite. The curries are also good but it is semi-dry.
oh man, this is one of the best spots I think I have ever visited. The doubles were some of the best things I have ever eaten. the hot sauce was spicy and floral and perfect. this place is perfect.
The food was really good but the lady who took our order near the entrance was extremely rude and impatient. Regardless of how busy business may be you should always treat customers nicely and accommodate them in a professional manner.
Alima's is it! They cook just like my granny did so I know it's good. This is home cooking West Indian food at its best. You have to check them out.
Really good dhalpourie. I like that they season the dhal. It's soft and fresh. Their curb site pickup option is also an amazing addition that saves tons of time! Worth the drive from Markham!
My family and I have been getting roti from here for years and it never... literally never disappoints.Absolutely love the consistency.
Worst tasting food. Cold doubles, ordered Aloo pie with Chana paid $3.50 it was full of potato no Chana and cold. Do not buy until they start to improve the taste and make the food hot. Waste my money buying this food.
