I always like AW's food but the employee today gave me cold fries. When I asked her, she dint accept it. I told her twice but she said just take your money back.I probaly will not go there again because of her.I request you to please hire staff who can handle situations better.
Being a tourist in this country i have tried every poutine as its new to me. A&W have the best poutine in Canada its a must visit (you wont regret this!)
Do not like the new employee working there. A white lady used to work here who was very sweet but the new employee likes to answer my questions with questions of her own. I don't want no special treatment, but showing attitude is never good. Food is good though.
Worst A&W ever.... Waited for 1/2 an hour they forgot an order I paid for... This is nuts... Harpreet refused to give me a contact number or email address.... Karan deep... I don't know what you guys are doing terrible never will I go to any A&w.... Because of my experience here. I am disdusted by attitude.

Service was good . But I am giving three star for the food. Burger was stale and the cheese wasn’t grilled
I just like their food. I always get good customer service here. The place is always clean and the staff members are always helpful. Will visit here again.
The coffee here is good. The staff also seems to be very polite. Only the problem is with the audibility as they couldn’t figure out what exactly we need. But end up giving a freshly brewed coffee.
Nobody was social distancing in line whereas I had a woman side beside me where I can hear her breathing and since I'd like to stand "apart" I stepped a bit out from her since she was extremely close to me waiting in line STILL. As the cashier cleared up she ran to the cashier first as the manager KNEW and SAW me stand before her in line and casually took her order. I would never come back to this location where the manager doesn't take action for society rules and behaviour. What a manager I'd say.
