I came to this location twice within a week, hoping my first experience was just a bad day for the restaurant. I was wrong.Not sure how it takes 10+ minutes to make a single item, when the dining room is empty and there is only 1 car in the drive-thru. But it happened both times. When the food finally does arrive, it’s either undercooked, overcooked, but always DRIPPING with grease. It’s as disgusting as the sticky tables. Staff should focus more on the orders actually being placed, rather than setting up a dozen or so orders of fries just to sit under the heat lamp.
I visited this place around 3 am yesterday,and ordered 1 beyond meat with cheese combo with fries & Sprite. However, when I got home and opened the bag there was no cheese, stale fries, and instead of sprite there was only soda. Tasted so bad, they should fire the guy who served. Not recommended.
The staff is usually very calm and respectful. The place always seems well maintained and their chilled mugs are always a pleasure to dine with. Genuinely feels worth my time and money. I will update the score if I have a different experience, as I'll be visiting as often as I can.
Worst experience with the workers working. After giving my order, I was watching them preparing orders without gloves ? Because I saw the girl preparing poutine for me and then touching the machines and other dirty stuff with bare hands and then again went back to prepare my order with the same hands. I don't like that at all!!! Please change the staff or else get them trained about these minor things. Please!!!!
worst burger i ever had in my life totally unacceptable food quality and bad presentation of burger not upto the expectations. wasted my money, i was not expecting this from such a good food chain.
The health inpector needs to pay a visit. Horrible food handling. Watched a customer return cold fries. The fries were placed back under the heat lamp and then mixed back into the new fries. That should never happen. Our burgers came up before our rings and they just left them sitting out to get cold. It wasn't busy and they couldn't coordinate the orders so people got all their food together. The tables are not cleaned at all. Go to another location.
Open late. Good service. Great place if your looking for late night food or during the day.Never been disappointed. Very good service and food. 5 stars!
Loved it. Had an. A&W root beer, it was fantastic. Definitely going back for more. The food was great too.
Found hair a long black hair in my I was 16$ for the uncle burger combo. When I showed her she asked if I wanted me refund or new burger. I was just surprised that they would change me for the combo after serving a burger with hair. Very disappointed. I will not come back here again.
Honestly prefer A&W to other major fast food chains. This place gets my order right every time even though I ask for extra toppings. P.s. The coffee beats Tim's and Mc Donald's
