This was my first time going to an A&W and trying Poutine. The food was good but the service was not.
Worst service. I just ordered two chicken buddy in drive thru and they took forever to make it. They gave me coke and took payment, then asked me to drive back in 2-3 minutes. I again came back in drive thru after 4-5 minutes, even then they took forever to give me my food. The employees inside were fighting to each other that’s they took forever for my order. Even, the coke that I got was more than worse. It tastes like there is iodex in the glass, even it smells like same. Its a complete disappointment. Will never recommend this a&w location to anybody.
Lazy workers and no hygiene. Suprised they have a food liscence . I would avoid this location at all costs. You will get rotten or cold food if you do stop by.
Food was delicious but in the app their were no charges of grilled onions but second time they charged me for grilled onions when I ordered by drive through. Is their any price difference doing online order or through drive ?
Hello owner, one of your employee ketan broke my phone in anger when i was in a&w and another employee malan singh abused me alot . As an employee they need to be professional in any situtaion. Ketan chopra snatched my phone and smashed it on the table the screen has been broken and camera is not working. Your manager Harpreet kaur made sure that this situation will be solved by 4th of july. My phone is broken now, it costed me $1600 for that. It is going to cost me $600-$700 now to fix the phone. What i am supposed to do now .
This is worst location you can ever visit, imagine waiting 15 to 20 minutes in a drive thru. I’ve been there a couple times and they disappointed me every time.
I ordered Uber Eats after a long day of work around 2:30am. Big mistake. I paid over $40 for 2 combos (before delivery and tip), the delivery took forever and the food was disappointing.The ice tea was yellow in colour because it was so watered down. And we were missing chipotle mayo for both of our sweet potato fries.The order first said 3:25am latest delivery, but got pushed to 3:45. The delay was completely because of the restaurant, as I saw the delivery driver waiting to pick up the food at 3:25. For reference, it's only a 7 minute drive from A&W to my house.If the order takes this long, I thought the food would be good.In the past, when I ordered in the drive thru I have to wait for 15min in the parking lot.
I love A&W, it’s my go to fast food restaurant. I just ordered a chubby chicken combo with a buddy burger on the side. Chicken sandwich tasted sour, (took two bites and threw it out) buddy burger tasted absolutely disgusting, threw it out and then half my fries were ice cold. I never leave reviews but wow that was disgusting. Just listen to your mom when she says “we have that at home.”
Really good service and food. The person at the counter, possibly a manager, was very friendly. Order was exactly as expected. I'm taking one star off because it was freezing cold inside. The heat was not on, they possibly had an HVAC issue, don't know, but it was not comfortable.
Worst restaurant i ever went to order was not made as per instructions and the employees were not ready to fix it they said we can’t serve you the way you are asking. Recommend everyone not to visit this place .Worst staff I ever had chat with.
