Most worst restaurant experience, ordered beyond meat burger meal with sweet potato fries and coca-cola at this location. never got the Chipotle sauce for the fries as well as no ketchup and no seasoning on the burger even though it was written in the instructions. When called the location "supervisor" Kulveer said that these are standards of A&W restaurant and we follow them. Also no straw for the drink. This is very ridiculous A&W should cancel the franchise on immediately because the staff is really rude. Worst worst Experience ever.
I have had the coffee from another A&W before but this time it was not made well at all. It tasted really odd.
Tried a buddy chicken burger and it was good! Friendly staff and the burgers appear oil free unlike other fast food chains!
Very bad service .. Their employee told me to move and come after 5 mins but she let some Jeep guys wait at the window for 10 mins and I got my food after waiting 15 mins in the line and food was cold .. Shame on such unprofessional employees!
Burnt onion rings, chubby burger with no sauce inside, poor hospitality. This location is probably the worst location of A&W so far. Just a friendly reminder A&W is considered to be one of the top notch restaurants in burger industry and that is why we pay higher prices for your food. But if you’re servicing this at your locations . I’m pretty sure that’s not going to work out between you and your customers. Highly disappointed. Photos attached as proof.
I visit this location to pick up some food from time to time and it's always fresh and delicious. Kathleen and her team always do a good job and deliver good service and quality food. Never disappointed. Pls keep up the great job!
I ordered a few easy items through Skip the Dishes and they managed to screw it up. Contacted Skip (not that this was their problem to deal with) and got my refund. Called the store, tried to explain what happened with whomever I spoke to. She then says "Sir, are you wanting to file a complaint?". "SIR???? Did you just call me Sir??" I said. "Yes, I did." She replied. So I politely replied to her "Since you don't know if I a male or female, WHY would you call me Sir??" She had no answer for me. Lets just say putting "Special instructions" in capital letters doesn't help.
The staff need more training for customer service they always ignore the delivery drivers and not even ask for order number or tell us that it will take time. We always have to waste more than 10 mins to pick up pre ordered meal
The food here at night is hot, the cook know to make it to your order, its worth the wait. Thanks thumbs up ?
