After ordering taking drive thru i was asked to wait 5 minutes but thats okOn payment window cashier didn’t tell me where to wait for order and closed window instantly.After 10 minutes she waived hand , wants me to come and take my orderThey were supposed to hand over my order to me but no they like waiving handsI was injured and walking barely but had to walk to get my order because drive thru was full and didn’t wanna wait again.Please train them properlyFirst and worst experience at this location.

Food was okay but I wish they would have told me that was only one free refillBefore we ordered, I asked if the refills were free for the pop and we were told that they were. I went to go get my third refill and they said no. I asked why they didn't tell me that before and they looked at me like a deer in the headlights. I don't think I'll go back there. Sometimes things like this will be the wrong way.

Staff is super friendly! Coffee is my favourite I’ve become there regular large double double

Absolutely love this roadside joint. Workers are super friendly and welcoming. I work nearby and go there everyday for my regular Poutine and a diet root beer.

Passed by after work to pick up some food and was disappointed. I went to eat some onion rings on my way out and they were pretty cold, considering I had just ordered it. Even the burger wasn’t warm, like it’s been sitting around for a while. A&W usually hits the spot, but I wish I had gone somewhere else.

Went to drive through at 3am. Burgers and service was top notch. This will be my go to fast food joint.

Its says open 24 hrs and employees have closed the dine in at night time and eating their food seating at the table togetther

This is by far the worse A&W in brampton. I went there two times and both times they messed up my order. Horrible customer service. Its rather they can't heard at the drive through or they dont understand. After I repeated and confirmed my order several times they still mess it up.First time I ordered beyond the meat burger and when we got home it was a mamá Burger. Second time I ordered mamá Burger by itself and a mamá combo confirmed it got to the next window. She reads a different order back .When I tried to explain the issue as im talking she closed the window in my face when she came back instead of admittiing her mistake or apologize for closing the window in my face. shes telling me thats what I ordered point blank.Management needs to hire new staff or train your staff probably. If you don't understand simply as for clarification its just that simply. I will drive the extra miles to a different location that seems to know what to do and how to treat customers with respect

On my daughter's day off I decided to bring her to breakfast at a place that claims to be familiar, they took my order almost 5 minutes after I arrived at the checkout in a very grotesque way and eagerly asked my name to put it in my order and then As we sat down I heard a loud "EXCUSE ME" if that was the way to let me know that my order was ready. and when I see her she told the person that bread is burnt and she rudely replies that it is toasted bread!!!! Please, as a company, you should review the visual status of your workers, thanks to their poor disposition to work and their visual impairment, they ruined our breakfast away from home. I do not recommend anyone to vomer in the place, much less if they have small children.
