As fast foods go, it wasn't until lately that I had been to Wendy's.The first time, approx. 30 years ago was a dried out hamburger facsimile on a bun.Now, as far as fast foods go...the food is good, I love the bacon double deluxe burger and their smoothies.However, extremely and unnecessarily over the top LOUD were the staff and overhead "background music."When placing my order, yelling it to the rep was futile, however, she did come around, we stepped away from the counter and from there the order was processed.Passed 110 decibels no problem.It was on a friend's suggestion that I try Wendy's after giving me a very enjoyable chocolate smoothie.All the same,I can no longer go out very much to any kind of fast food restaurant, but ordering in isn't a problem .Just the same,Kindest regards,Sincerely,Terry Olmstead Belleville Ontario
This place genuinely sucks. The workers are actually incompetent. I’ve received no salad dressing with my salad on a SkipTheDishes order before, and the last order I received had hair in both my salad and baked potato. Absolutely fucking disgusting. Have some personal hygiene. And don’t even try ever asking for special requests. They don’t listen to them. Horrible horrible Wendys. And wendys is my favourite restaurant, this one just fuckin sucks.
Store front is not clean! Windows have dirty fingers prints and food smeared on them. The trays are “slimy” with grease. All table tops were not clean and had to ask for one to be wiped. Store has an “unclean” smell to it.
I was here just after it opened , unfortunately I got a burger that I'm sure was cooked a day or two before, very disappointed, we haven't been back since
Restaurant was very dirty with tables spilled with drinks, and full garbage cans. Staff does not appear to be doing any cleaning. Order kiosks were both out of service. These are issues with this location. Additionally, issues outside their control means they have eliminated the large salads, and only have the 1/2 size, which now cost what the large used to.
I always get the right order and a smile when I order from Wendy's. Love their amazing chili and chicken pecan chicken salad.

It's Wendy's food, which is good. But it's Belleville drive thru service, which is horrid.Incorrect order and extreme wait time, again.
Sunitha (the manager) gave me a terrible experience, and embarrassed me infront of customers and employees! I will never return to this particular Wendy's location (All because I wanted a refund due to being served a green tomato, and given the wrong drink)
The restaurant was a chaos at the time I entered and the front order taker named Eli (as written on the name plate) was continuously coughing which scared me because it is the main symptom of Covid 19. The store manager was in front as well, working beisdes Eli and still had no concern about Crew's health condition. Based on what I observed, I dont think the pre-health screening is done at the restaurant by the management. In addition there were small kids in the restaurant as well ordering food at the risk of exposure of Covid. The guidelines provided by the ontario health department were also not followed as there was no 6 feet distance maintained in the dining room and no proof of vaccination was asked to the customers dining in. The crew inside along with the manager didn't maintain the safe distance as well. This is a really unsafe environment to go for dining. I didn't expect this kind of situation in any Wendy's restaurant but was really shocked to see this. I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this restaurant risking their life just for the food instead visit the store at north front street.
