if i could warn every person that considers this hotel, i would. i lived here for about 3 months before i couldn’t do it anymore. after living here for 3 months, there was not a single penny discounted for my stay, i extended my stay by one night every day and was woken up to the phone ringing every morning wanting my money as if i didn’t have the intention of paying. even after 3 months, on my last day, i checked out and received under $80 back from my $200 deposit after checking my room for no damage which there was not. i would be woken up to move to another room because they’d booked mine for a night, not sure why as i was given exact same rooms every time just made to move everything i own over and over again. could not be more disappointed. waiting for the place to go out of business like their restaurant$116 a day, $3500 a month for a hotel room full of cobwebs with blood splatter on the walls, and still can’t some good customer service?

Was saying here for a couple months, room fairly clean, you can see things if you look for them, I agree with other reviews, beds are comfy, lighting is horrible, for the last few weeks I had a feeling they had mice or something. It was confirmed 2 days ago, a mouse came out of the radiator, I checked out immediately and informed the front desk, he didnt seem surprised or concerned, rooms always smell like smoke or weed as well
Definitely overpriced at 100$/ night. Run down feel, very thin walls, and stale smoke infused. Spend another couple bucks and find another place.
I stayed for one night and I will never come back to this place. I had been to several 3 star motels before and it was way better than this one.The Motel is poorly maintained. The room smelled foul and the air conditioning is very old, extremely noisy and did not work well!Bathroom was apparently clean, but the toilet was cracked for sure and there was a strong Sewage smell coming up from the drains. We did not sleep that night!Also, the Desk attendant was not wearing mask when we checked inn.
For the pricing it was quite reasonable. The bed was comfortable and bathroom facilities were okay. The bath needed at little work done in the corners but nothing intolerable. The food was great and the staff was extremely pleasant. It's also really close to lots of food places, a mall and a really vibrant downtown. Basically, if you're making a short budget stop then this place works.
As far as budget hotels go, we got what we expected, except that I hate it that there wasn't proper lighting in the room! There were two lamps - a desk lamp and a standing lamp. The standing lamp was placed behind the sofa near to the window where it couldn't possibly be useful, so one end of the room was in darkness. Basically for light you had to choose between opening the drapes for strangers to walk by looking inside your room, and moving the heavy lamp to the other end of the room.The bed was comfortable and the price of breakfast at the restaurant was reasonable.
We had read the many bad reviews and were quite apprehensive but needed a place and it was available so we booked. We made sure to see the room before checking in. It was a clean room with all the needed items for a nights stay. Only item that would have been nice would have been a coffee maker. It is an economy lodging place so everything is economy but still completely satisfactory and it was clean and smoke free. We had a good breakfast at the on site restaurant with friendly and prompt service. From our experience no one should hesitate to stay there.

I was looking for a cheap hotel for a night stay and this motel did the job, Satisficed with my stay. Pretty ordinary hotel but definitely was value for money
