Needs attention! Food not cooked , can't understand at drive thru, when brought to attention , the person acts as if they don't understand. Maybe they don't lol. Not sure but terrible Tim Horton's. The management should call tweed and get some pointers as it's the best in the area hands down. Fix it!

Slowest Tim Hortons in the Belleville by far, let alone the slowest one I have ever been to! Employees here treat this timmies like it’s their living room and seem to be focused on anything but their job at hand. This place is a social gathering for the employees and hardly a work environment! Sure they are nice but that’s because there is no way they don’t know how slow they are. Production is terrible! I recommend the manager be fired and replaced with someone more qualified for time management and overlooking staff!

Multiple times order was wrong, forgot cheese on my bagel, bagel dripping of butter and my app offers not always applying. I feel horrible that I have to slow down the line to check to make sure my order is correct.

Two lanes two order. Three vehicles in the other lane had their order taken before mine. Never wasting my time here again.

Easily the worst location in town, also easily the slowest. They're always out of advertised menu items. No communication. Sandwiches are always put together sloppily. Nothing but continued bad experience's almost without fail. One star is being generous, I can't actually score it less.

The reason this location has a low scoring is because this location is used as a training center. Which I can understand as a customer but it's very frustrating to come here multiple days multiple weeks and the food quality just gets so poor every time

I ordered 2 for 5 $ breakfast farmers wraps, was informed no hashbrowns, then was told I could get 2 breakfast sandwiches for the same deal, was then informed 1 sandwich is 9 dollars , so I said forget the 2 just give me 1, egg wasn't completely cooked and the bacon was raw, not good

I live just down the road and have had to stop coming here, every single time I show up, there's some issue ranging from minor 'we're out of timbits' to 'there's flies on the food' or completely fumbled orders à la only filling half a wrap, or a coffee instead of a tea.I've also noticed a trend of a large amount of staff treating the job as a gathering they get paid for, as I would often see 3+ members of the staff socializing by the drive thru windowI suppose I deserve it for not learning from the first 3 times but I figured after 6 months inbetween each visit they'd have learned at some point. I'd sympathize for management, except they seem to be fine with this kind of atmosphere given how long it's been going on.

One lane of drive thru got closed off while we were in line - not sure whyDrive thru was very slow, took about 15 minutes to get a coffeeOrdered Timbeibs - got to window and was asked if we wanted Timbeibs or Tim Bits

Driveway was packed full of people waiting for drive through but they made sure our order was correct and fresh so it made it worth it! :)
