Zero customer service skills. The supervisor doesn’t even know the quantity she should be putting while making an order. Always out of rice, chicken etc. zero customer service skills. Doesn’t even know how to behave at workplace they are busy talking while customer is waiting to place an order.
Super employee all alone and rocking out fhe orders definitely deserves koodoos and double the pay
This location doesnt even deserve 1 starEvery-time we order a coffee either its not hot or either its not made it right.And when we address this issue to the staff they say thats how it is or either you need to wait for 7-10 min and buy another one.Seriously!!I hope there is someone who can take this ongoing issue and solve this or close this location if cannot serve right.
I find the staff can be rude kinda like your order is wasting their time plus it closes for walk in service at 8 pm like it's usually a hang out place for some family's and 8 is just really early I'm regular because it's the closest to where I live bit that's the only reason why sad cuz I love Tim Hortons
I ordered a half dozen donuts along with other items and the selection was very slim. The supervisor was rude and very unprofessional to the point I asked for my money back and went to another Tim Hortons (Dundas west near the Baybridge)where I had a great experience with the lovely cashier to the point she had our whole vehicle laughing. Now that’s a Tim Hortons I will return to.She was making remarks while getting me my refund. I will never go to this location again
I was just at this Tim Horton's I stood in the line for 20 minutes waiting cause there's one person serving the counter and 4 people serving the drive-through there was 2 customers ahead of me and while I was waiting I looked at the display and there was ants crawling around in the donuts if I could post the video I took I would I will take screenshots and post them
If I could give this place 0 stars I would, did a mobile order as we were passing through the town and to make things easier. Went inside to pickup my order & at that location they didn't carry one of the items I ordered (iced coffee) so instead they substituted it with something of a lesser value and didn't give me my money back for the difference. Will NEVER go back to that tims again.
Hot coffee was good. I still dislike the ap. It is tough to use the ap, get out the money and drive. A bit crazy.
Ordered 2 medium triple triple and got utterly bad coffe with no sugar. Bad service.
Customer service could be improved big time. Orders are not always accurate. Drive through is very narrow, if you drive a big vehicle, be very careful going through it. Check your orders before driving off.
