Why is it so hard to get a fully toasted muffin? Even asking for it well toasted does nothing.
One person at the counter inside placed my order almost twenty minutes had to ask the manager were my order was coffees were wrong donuts were wrong and no breakfast she had to remove cause I guess they gave it out the window to someone elseWhen I got to the cars and started driving the hashbrowns were frozen and the sandwiches were all over the place egg and cheese outside of the bunThere is no accountability no pride just slap it in and get on to the next order no matter the quality
This location always serves the drive through lightning fast and makes the walk in customers wait .Also one particular counter person insists that you pick up your coffee and hold it while you wait . So you end up waiting a very long time while trying to hold a really hot coffee. Oh and the cinnamon buns are the worst. They are super dry and hard enough to drive nails with . Things would probably move along better if the person assembling the food would put a little effort into it . Unfortunately they act like they have all the time in the world. Would be nice if they took into account that the people that have no choice but to walk in are truck drivers on a schedule. On the bright side Andrew is always really helpful and super friendly. Makes up for some of the shortcomings of the other staff members.
It was good but very slow in store. They focus to much on the drive thru .

Recently visited this location posing as a friendly, clean Tim Hortons. A warning label should be placed on the front entrance that general cleanliness let alone covid 19 protocol is disregarded by all staff. After being greated by a rude staff member who looked to still be high from last night's activities we decided what we wanted for breakfast and placed our order. After receiving my cold darkroast coffee my wife and I noticed one of the kids at the sandwich unit drop a half of a homestyle biscuit, pick it up and throw it out pretending to be Michael Jordan as he did so. Apparently the thought of changing said filthy glove after touching the floor didn't occur to him as he proceeded to do his best to make our sandwiches. After waiting a century for our order to be completed it was finally handed off to us and we were on our way to the via station to watch the trains ?. After finishing our beverages and sandwiches we were excited to devour the famed tim Horton donuts. Unfortunately, I was disappointed when I opened my donut box and witnessed a pube looking hair effixed to the chocolate fondant. Returned to the location and exchanged the pube donut for a new double chocolate. Should be said the manager also refunded us the money as Tim Horton protocol should be when a pube donut is returned and brought to attention. Would not recommend this location to anyone as this is not our first negative experience at the greasy north quinte Tim's.

Everytime I go there it's at least a 30 min wait in the drive thru. And there's cement slabs all the way around drive thru so you can't even leave
Honestly been common ground here for the last few weeks. Never messed up my order, there caramel cold brews actually taste good not just burnt. I’ve been going to different timmies locations the last few weeks and this one blows them all out of the water. The sausage breakfast wraps taste so good, not sure how it’s possible but my lord I wish every timmies was like this. Everything is always 110%
This is the second time this year that I have got an ice capp and it tastes so strong that's almost rancid. Very upsetting for a $4.00 drink.
