Placed a delivery order on 'Skip The Dishes '. The restaurant confirmed the order and it was promptly delivered, missing half the order. Skip immediately refunded me in skip credits so I could reorder the missing items. I reordered the missing items, paid with the credits and waited for 15 minutes for Tim's to confirm my order. Instead, they cancelled the order, so they won't even correct the mistake they made and send me the rest of my order, which was previously already paid for. Very disappointing. The very least they could do is send the products they failed to send for the first delivery. Then, they shut off their availability on Skip all together, so there is actually no way for me to get my missing products.

I went this location three times , and had best service ever than all the belleville timmis. The staff is friendly and always have smiles on their face made my day. Keep it up ??
They don't even have a phone number for this timmies to complain.Horrible service, rude people. Rolling eyes at customers and laughing, including management. After every single item I ordered. That it? You done? That's all?

Order through mobile order and waited almost 10 minutes before I went up and asked where my order was as they were busy. To find out they did not make my latte as they did not have the type of milk I wanted. Asked why they did ask me if a different kind was okay. Then they tried to give me my other coffee that had been sitting getting cold. Terrible service
There was glass in my egg mcmuffin, not a lot but a little, and my iced coffee tasted like hand sanitizer
Well your phone number doesn't seem to be working (guessing you got it disconnected instead of dealing with all the customer complaints) but your bagel person needs to be trained better, so here we go. Yo bagel maker, everything bagel toasted with butter. First put the bagel in the slicer then toast it. Next put like an actual amount of butter on the bagel not just whatever you couldn't scrape off the knife. Then cut it in half and put it in the wax paper. Bam training done, don't even worry about paying me just get my THIRD attempt at a bagel right. Sound good?
