Rude and aggressive staff. Worst service imaginable!I was literally assaulted by the store manager and her staff after they took forever to bring my order. The sandwich they gave me was not packed properly so it dropped on my car seat as soon as I touched it. They refused to admit to their mistake, refused to help me clean up and were outright rude. So I returned the food and they did not like that. They later lied to the police saying I assaulted them and turned the story around. They kept threatening chasing me to my car. A third party who had no business in this incident decided to get involved. He blocked my car to prevent me from leaving. I heard all sort of insult, racial slur and intimidation. I will never spend a cent with Tim Hortons ever.
Bad service! So I went to Tim Hortons on Bell Blvd in Belleville and got a loaded wrap. This picture of a loaded wrap isn't so loaded it's smaller than a regular lunch wrap. Not only that but on the Tim App there's and offer that says buy any 2 lunch wraps for 8$. This was not true and was falus advertising as we didn't not pay 8$ with tax I paid full price for to loaded wraps. This was not a good visit and was bad service and falus Advertising on the Tim Hortons Apps. Very disappointed in Tim Hortons.
So slow at this location. They always have 5 people on drivethru and one on front. Meanwhile there is a lineup at the front and they all stare at you. Get your prioritizes straight and teach the east indians how to do their job better
Sausage was undercooked, chicken wrap was overflowing with mayo, potato wedges dry and overfried... Should’ve left when i saw that the kitchen floor was dirty.
Stopped by for lunch and had chilli with a country bun a coffee and a donut meal was great and price was right.

I was just at this store. I went inside and there was nobody inside. The girl at the drive thru shouted that I'll have to wait. She served 4 cars and didn't ever look back to me. I waited 10 mins with no acknowledgement I left! Terrible customer service and very rude girl. Another girl was stocking cup lids.
With covid rules still made our visit as stressfree as possible with having 3 kids in tow... Thanks for always going above and beyond to make our orders exactly how we wanted with picky eaters lol
They make the absolute worst coffee in town out of all the time hortons. Hell, I'd venture to say in the quinte area even, not just belleville. If you want burnt coffee with an absolutely disgusting taste go here ? if you want better coffee, go elsewhere ?♂️
Usually pretty good, but the wife's roast beef cravable had a big chunk of fat.
