You need time and patience as they are always seem to be traing new people , and you dont always get what you order , but that's part of training we have all been there
Not consistent with other Tim’s on the DD coffee. Mine was white with cream, more like 4 cream instead of just double. Asked for new one and got same. Your cream machine needs calibrating.
Ordered 2 chicken wraps the chicken was hard and dry the lettuce in one was black . 2 Boston cream donuts they weren’t wrappedIndividually the icing stuck in bag .

That is to say, poorly run, with management and staff that don't realize they have a storefront as well as a drivethrough.Fundamentally broken workflows, in that cashiers stop taking orders to make food, thereby breaking the order queue process for the rest of the team.But they have sprinkle donuts. So. win

Still didn't have in restaurant pick up. I did an online order and had to go to the drive up window even though I was walking. Still didn't have the order ready after 5 minute wait time.
