I came in today at 3 pm and was in a rush as I was by myself and had my 2 young children waiting in the car. It was quite busy and the gentleman at the counter was taking his time . When I ordered I asked how long and they said 5 minutes . I left to attend to my kids. It was no more than 2 or 3 minutes and they even brought it out to my car . My family loves this location. Clean , fast , fresh and polite staff. Thank you so much!
The coleslaw tasted totally different - just not as good (cabbage tasted like it was "bagged", or old), and the dresding was much less creamy. Chicken was good. No banana pudding available (at 4:30 p.m.). Disappointing visit.
I am absolutely disgusted! I was in the Belleville ON store around 5:10pm and I witnessed your staff mock and berate a woman who clearly had a mask exemption! (In fact, before the door even closed behind her, they had already asked if she had an exemption to which she replied “Yes, I do.” and motioned/pointed to her cell phone as if to imply that they could view it.) While standing in line, I saw the staff begin to whisper and stare. I discreetly recorded the interaction. Your staff was out of line and ignorant regarding a customers medical status. Period. Our hearts broke for that lady, as everybody on staff laughed at her. She was asked to go outside and wait for her food while the rest of us were “allowed” to wait indoors. She ended up throwing out her food because a couple of the men (customers) told her it might not be safe to eat. I agree, I personally wouldn’t have eaten it either. I am contacting the local news stations with the footage. I also asked her for her contact information in the parking lot. Your staff should be educated but since that seems to be an oxymoron, they should at the very least know enough not to harass disabled customers.

Update: i love they try to resolve customer issue, but i still dont like your taters, please improve that. Need seasoning.Please wash your hands after sweeping, 1 drop of sanitizer won’t work. Awful side kick sandwich. Horrible tater. Please taste your products before putting into market, tater were unseAsoned and bitter because of old oil.

My visit a few weeks ago was such a great experience, thanks to the amazing cashier Hailey! Her positive attitude and outstanding customer service made my short time at Mary Browns, a great time.Five stars is not enough, it deserves a 6/5 rating.
Food always comes served very hot and ingredients are never skimped out on.Its a bad place to eat at noon on weekdays because the nearby highschool kids pile in and around there to hangout, so it gets unordinarly busy.
