employees act like its your fault they work at little ceasers
I have to start off by saying, a few times I was not pleased with Little Caesars pizza, (Oct 2021) I swear one time my pizza had zero sauce on it.and I order online so it should be hot n ready in the pizza portal, but that never seems to work out!!but, the past few times we tried them again, they were really good pizzas, like really good.so I wanted to give a good review, they have stepped up their game!!!
We had at pizza nite in our building ,I went ahead of time and ordered the pizza its wonderful that they now have stuff crust , when I went to pick it up the girl was bri ng it out so no wait , everyone loved the pizza well done and ty
Tried the Batman calzone/pizza ?. I thought it tasted like a pepperoni pizza ?. Funny.
Foods really greasy everything I have ordered from Belleville location its a mountain of grease and pizza just looks like it was tossed around in a box multiple times. Not saying all little ceasers are like that but the location in Belleville is disgusting if I want a mouth full of grease I'll go buy a jug and drink it.
Absolutely terrible. Waited thirty mins for three hot and ready.
What a Mickey Mouse show. I ordered a couple of pizzas online and showed up 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and was told they needed another 5. No problem.10 minutes later I speak with another worker who informs me my pizza is still raw with no ETA. 15 minutes after that I get a half hearted apology and am presented with my order an hour after I ordered it and 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready.If someone could have let met know they were behind and gave me a time when I could come back I would have understood. Instead I got to wait 20 minutes in a restaurant without chairs.I'd stick with hot and ready only. Online ordering is a joke.
The biggest problem I have had is that there routinely seems to be a "hot and ready" product that is not ready (always hot though lol).That's probably a good sign for business (lots of traffic) and they try to fulfil orders as quickly as possible but don't show up assuming you'll walk in and walk out with zero waiting periods.Still a decent quality product and a decent price.
This place is unexpesive, usually you don't have to wait long for food unless you are there at lunch time which can get quite busy, as you can see my pizza had a weird shape and the cuts were bad lol, but it was delicious.What can I say, we like little Cesar's.The only thing I would work on is the staff, you really can tell they don't want to work there.
I asked for two orders of wings when I got to my place of employment there was only one order of wings I immediately called them they apologized and offered me to replace the missing order plus one free order. Now they refuse give me what they offered because they cannot find in their book the mistake. So now I paid almost $20 for 8 wings.
