Very bad customer service. Gaurav took my Order at front was very rude and did not listen my order properly. He messed up . And i also saw him abusing the skip drivers.
Clerk who took my order went above and beyond to ensure I got the sauce I wanted. Staff was friendly and cheerful. Thank you.
Absolute garbage. The store is disgustingly dirty. The tables look like they haven't been cleaned since the place opened. The washroom has mould on the floor, around the urinal and sink and the floors are all tacky and looks like they haven't been cleaned ever. you can actually see grease from the floor tracked on the to concrete outside. It is odd when your chicken tastes like fish. Will be calling to report the lack of Health standards. Do Not buy food here.
The most disgustingly dirty restaurant I've ever been in. The bathrooms smelled and looked like they haven't been cleaned in months. The gardens outside had weeds taller than I am and were completely overrun. The tables looked like they get wiped about once a week if that. I was appalled. Will never go back and will be reluctant to go to any of the chain locations in future.
Went drive through tonight and got worst food. Litterally no Lettuce in my chicken sandwich. I am feeling so bad. Not coming again. Not a good customer service though. Don’t want to give that one star. Its absolutely zero rating for this kfc
Since head office really doesn't care what happens I'll leave this on here instead. The bucket of chicken was so gross I threw half it out. Fries and gravy was the worst I've ever had at any restaurant and the cleanliness is low on the priority list here just look at the kitchen floor and how your shoe turn to velcro walking around. This isn't the first time for problems at this place last visit they had nothing worth ordering they didn't have any product I was told by the drive thru staff should have taken the hint at that time they don't care. I will NEVER return to this KFC restaurant and to be honest I doubt I'll ever visit another KFC again knowing how much head office or management cares about your experience. Save yourself some money and just read the reviews I'm not the only person who thinks the food is garbage. Just to note this place was great back in the day the KFC and Taco Bell was fabulous myself and the family would go weekly but that will never happen again!!!!
Food was burnt nd cold..... the drive through service time is stupid slow.Seriously dont eat here
Ordered off App. Wife wanted to make a change of a side. No problem. Courteous Staff.
Ordered through drive thru, food was cold, fries tasted like they were made the previous day. Chicken was alright when heated up in the oven. People pay good money for this junk, do not recommend.
Don't waste your time or money this is not a taco that will leave you satisfied there's almost no meat that's really sad??
