Last 4 times ive ordered pizza customized a few things and pay extra for absolutely nothing. Either they dont read instructions or just dont care
We ordered some pizza, and my husband and I paid for it but they said that we didn't, so they left with the pizza. My husband called them and said that he was charged and they said that he wasn't, and they said they they were going to call the PoliceBut meanwhile I have to the email and the evidence right here.They were so rude and disrespectful, we are not going to be ordering anything else from them again

The most important thing is the food quality and the Belleville dominos is lacking in it badly. Managers are quick to fix my order after I call in for there mistakes I suggest you improve the quality of the food or I'll put my money elsewhere. Remember dominos iv ordered from you a few times a week for years ratings are very important for your business mine won't change until food quality is better.
Love Domino's! Especially this restaurant in Belleville, not once have we had a problem with the pizza or the service, great delivery drivers too!4 years ago I loved this Domino's! It has gone downhill fast!Issues from cooking, toppings, being late on delivery, and the managers not caring!!Half price pizza today, 19.99equals 9.98, charged 12.98!!!Called the store and the manager hung up, most of the staff don't speak very good English, but they understood just fine and said call head office!Poorly run franchise!!!!
Ordered pizza online, they charged my card, never sent it . When I called after waiting an hour they said they hadn’t sent it out because I did not answer my phone when they called to confirm for an online order. I don’t answer unknown phone numbers didn’t realize it was them. They said it would be another half hour so I canceled the order. I don’t get why they would still charge my card if they weren’t planning on sending out pizza. I called back to ask if the charge would be reversed, they said after 3 business days . ? what a joke.
Good thing it wasn’t expensive. Ordered the lunch special and asked for triple cheese. It came with minimal cheese. I enjoy other dominos and they usually do not skimp on toppings, however, this location is much different. I decided to give this location another chance (considering the last five or six times the pizza has been sub par) but I will drive farther, much like I have been doing in order to obtain what I had ordered. I don’t understand why I am paying for triple cheese and they barely cover the pizza. I would recommend another location if you enjoy toppings or having your order met properly.
Ordered online - got a call within minutes and asked to have ready in 45 minutes, but pizzas were made immediately and sat on shelf for 30 minutes at least.. When we picked it up and mentioned that they were not as fresh, they just shrugged and made no offers to resolve. Might look for a pizzeria that's more interested in providing hot, fresh food.
Bad attitude toward Customers. In night shift.To much cold outside but they keep on asking to wait outside for pizza even i don’t have a car. Very poor service??
