Not enough great things to say about this place. Amazing Mexican food - super unique to other Mexican restaurants we have been too. The food was distinct but PHENOMENAL. Our first dinner there was so good, we had to come back for lunch the next day. The service was a bit slow, but on both occasions it seems we had the busiest waitress. We will be back and will be recommending this establishment as the best Mexican restaurant around.
My experience was really excellent, the server was warm, helpful in explaining the dishes and the money I paid for my food and my party is all worth it.These locally owned restaurants are helping in promoting the small towns as a food destination.It wasn't crowded when we came but enough patrons were there. Their water tasted really good as well so I highly recommend this restaurant.The decor was very tasteful and in line with the theme.If ever you go to Belleville, don't miss this one of a kind and authentic Mexican restaurant.
I was there with my family today for a Mother's day celebration. We had a wonderful waiter who went out of his way to make sure everyone had everything they needed. When our food came out, the owner brought the tray out and stacked the food on a nearby table. The way the food was stacked was uneven and when the waiter came near the table, one of the dishes fell. Though it was no fault of his own, he apologized profusely. We told him it wasn't his fault and we weren't upset. He went to the back to get the rest of our food and never returned. The owner came by and said the waiter was upset and left. We were very upset by that. Then we heard the owner at the next table belittling the waiter. disgusting behavior! My sister went outside and saw the waiter visibly upset outside. She gave him his deserved tip. He went above and beyond while he was waiting on us. The owner just rushed us through. Never again will I go there. The owner at one point said thank goodness for microwaves. Good to know!
Super friendly service and good food. Waiting a while before getting our order taken even though there was nobody there but one other table of two and enough staff, drinks came at the same time as the food, not before. We wanted another drink and dessert but took way too long to come check on us, I needed more water at least, but we decided to opt out of the second round/dessert and just paid right away. Took a bit and we wondered if we had to go pay at cash or no.Overall I'll probably return, I just have higher standards for service but it was good and they were super nice :) maybe just need more training!
Moved to the area in September, 2021. Always enjoy mexican food, but wanted to stay authentic cuisine. We've never been to Mexico City, but the food here was fantastic! Ordered the Quintelicious menu, and Chorizo Tacos, both excellent!
What gem this was, the food is excellent. Who would have thought downtown Belleville would host authentic Mexican cuisine? Heroic and company enjoyed the street tacos featuring fresh tortillas and poached chicken. Staff was friendly and prompt - even got a wave from the kitchen on the way out. Definitely recommend this spot.
The staff were kind and and helpful, they did have a table open so I was happy about that.The food was GREAT. I loved the tacos they brought out, however the portion size did seem small given the amount I paid.My boyfriend loved his soup and refried beans, he said the soup is a 4.5 out of 5. This boy knows his soup so I was surprised on that!
Great flavor - the salsa verde was great!
We visited today and was not disappointed! The chips and salsa were amazing, along with everything we ordered. The burritos were huge! Definitely will be back.
This is the only review I have ever left for anything. The food is amazing truly one of the best places I've been to for a meal ever. Friendly staff amazing food reasonable pricing. Don't second guess about going just go get anything you will love it.
