Were there today at 12:26pm. Store #2564....HAIR!!.... a long hair!! In my burger. I had to pull over and throw up. My family and I eat from this location fairly regularly......never ever never again. I'm so disgusted .... and when my wife saw what was happening she was also nauseated and unable to eat her food. I have my receipt.
Service was quick and polite. Food was good and the place was clean! Definitely will go again as it is some of the better fast food available.
Cold onion rings, made us bloated and sick, tables weren't cleaned and no patrons in the dining area, bathrooms were discusting, dead mouse right outside the main entrance.
They, like many others, are currently understaffed. The service was fine but the food quality reflected it. The chicken fries were hard and the onion rings were soft.
Can't go wrong with a Double Whopper!
I was very pleased and impressed with the whiskey burger that I tried. The double patty is huge (I'm a woman). I hadnt been in this burger king in a very long time. Other than the fact that my burger wasn't ready (they forgot it) when the rest of my order was ready, that was annoying. I did ask them to bring it to us, and they did. I'd go back.
My Husband and Daughter and Myself had our favorite food and we enjoyed being able to sit at a booth to enjoy a meal in a restaurant again ??
Burgers were good, root beer was cold and tasted right. The parking lot is full of pot holes. Staff were pleasant.
We were asked to park while we waited for food but no one was behind us. When they brought out our food I asked if vinegar and ketchup were in the bag. He said I'm sure there is & left. When I tried to get in to get some the doors were locked and no one would come to the door. By this time there was a car at the pickup window. My burger was delicious but the chicken burger was very dry. Very disappointed!!!
I hadn't been to Burger King in about 10 years due to the declining quality, but recently tried it again. Of the menu items I've recently tried, the Big Fish sandwich was sloppy and tasteless, the spicy Big Fish sandwich was sloppy and tasted almost like a sweet maple flavour, the fries were dry and oddly difficult to swallow, onion rings were fairly good for fast food, poutine had soggy fries and bland, salty gravy, but did have real cheese curds, and the Whopper was absolutely delicious! At least the night I was there, the ingredients were fresh, it was served hot and tasted great! I will definitely stick to the Whopper in the future.
