Terrible pizza. Who puts toppings under cheese? Called toppings for a reason. Ordered thin crust, well done. Came out doughy and thick. No flavor. Terrible “free” kraft garlic dipping sauce. Would not recommend the pizza. I’m sure something else might be a better choice.
I went to Zios last night and got takeout. First time ever trying it out. The pasta was so great! The garlic bread was great! I got to meet the owner, who took my order and made the pasta fresh to order. Such a genuine dude! Will grab dinner from here again, and I’d HIGHLY recommend!
The service from the waitress was great. Very friendly and helpful. However, this was easily the worst chicken parmesan I’ve had in a long time. It was burnt and the ingredients used for topping were clearly low quality. My university cafeteria did a better job. Not only this but I heard the manager/cook or whatever his job is yelling at the waitress saying “I don’t know what it is you don’t understand today!”. He sounded abusive in his tone with most things he said to her. The only reason I’m not giving a 1 star review is because the place SEEMED clean and the waitress was nice.
Came from out of town with the family and checked this place out August 1st. All 5 of us thought the food was very good and we had large portions of it. I think the waitress name was Brandi. Great service and very friendly. Would be our go too restaurant next time we are in Barrie.
Came here with two friends starving after a long day out and absolutely ordered everything we could. Food came and we were all shocked by the astronomical sizes, and we destroyed every bite of it being so yummy. Service was super friendly too. Definitely recommend and will come back!!
My wife and I decided to try this place. There was no one there except the server and chef.We decided to stay. We could not have made a better choice. The staff were amazing. The food was outstanding. We had the Cesar salad and pizza, best I have tasted in Barrie. Make sure to try this place out.
We were recently in Barrie for a soccer tournament. I had made arrangements for our team dinner with the owner Giancarlo a week prior to attending. The experience/service was excellent. Our entire team and parents were accommodated in the restaurant and we were fed delicious pizza, pastas, salads, garlic bread for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this place. Truly a great family owned business that offers a kind friendly environment. Thumbs up to them! ?
Ordered from here today...got a veal sandwich it was ok...the cesar salad i ordered was very disappointing as from an Italian eatery you would expect a decent salad not just lettuce and dressing...where were the crutions and bacon bit and parm for the salad?? Very disappointing for a restaurant that calls themselves Italian ?
Excellent food and service. 10/10Caesar salad and manicotti were top notch. Highly recommend.
