The manager was yelling at her staff being completely rude. The kids behind the counter was doing his best. He gets the 5 star for putting up with that.
I came through the drive-thru after work and all I wanted was a cup of water as I was dehydrated… they told me I had to purchase something in order to get water, which is against the law, but I agreed to buy a junior bacon cheeseburger anyways. The manager proceeded to hand me the smallest joke of a water cup I have ever seen in my life, and when I asked for a bigger cup she told me that that was the size of the free water. If I had known that I wouldn’t have paid for a cheeseburger I didn’t want or bothered stopping at all. She wouldn’t even give me another of the tiny water cups when I asked and was super disrespectful.
Kinda weird the last two times I’ve gone they’ve tried to give me fake money.. idk double check the cash they give you before you drive off. Food be bussin tho
I visited. Wendy restaurant tonight and went to the store front as I like to order in person. I ordered two meals and a burger plain and the employee Christine advised me that it could only be a meal. I explained that I have ordered this many times as this is for my dog.But she insisted, until manager came to front and explained too her that I can order a plain burger. Many other customers came and went just looking at me as if this was my fault. It took 20 minutes once I ordered to get my food. When I asked for the store number she had no idea what I was talking about. She then gave me store number 669. Only after I found out it was 6693 at Big Bay Point and Yonge St. I would never recommend this take out fast food facility to anyone. Very disappoint with service, and food of this establishment. When you drive-by and a restaurant and outside smells like dirty oil I don’t like to go to that restaurant. But sometimes my daughter wants to go but I don’t like Wendy’s food.
Just went to get some Wendy's durnijg a late night drive and there are signs that are typed out stating the hours of operation... no one was answering at the machine to take our orders so we went up to the window. No one came until we saw two employees walking by so we knocked on the window and they both looked and completely ignored us... tbey just continued what they were doing... the signs state they close at 11pm Saturday and Sunday. Not one of them said sorry we are actually closed or anything like that.. disappointing

Every single time I order a potato and ask for butter regardless of the location in Barrie I literally never get it. I order from Wendy’s all the time and also work for Wendy’s. it’s honestly super annoying when you specifically ask for something and don’t get it
