Wendy's never disappoints, their burgers always taste amazing and are prepared with care. I have yet to receive anything that tasted bad or looked bad
Nice staff and my order is always correct. One gripe would be that they have no exterior garbage cans, kinda stupid if you ask me. But good overall ?
The worst fast food and Wendy's store... I bought coffee, the smell and taste was so bad...also very hot, and burned my lips.. even when I checked the temperature at home after 15 min , its temperature was 97 centigrade..
If I could rate 0 stars I would. I ordered from this location on June 8th, 2022 through uber eats. This is now the second time that I have ordered lunch for my office from this location and we were missing items. I called and was told that the items were sent. I can assure you that the uber driver did not steal my food as that is what they were accusing her of. It is beyond upsetting that they do not have a better system in terms of making sure that ALL the items are included. I will NEVER be ordering from this location again. Not only was the order missing items, the lady I spoke to was EXTREMELY rude! The only option was for me to go pick the missing items up at the store. If I was able to drive there and pick up the food I WOULD NOT have PAID for delivery!!! COMMON SENSE!!!

I was going to try Wendy's breakfast menu on May, 19 2022. I ride an e-bike and your establishment does not offer a safe & secure place to lock bikes. I drove around the whole restaurant in search of a bike rack with no luck. I was very disappointed & I am yet to taste the breakfast baconator. This is a fail in my mind. ??☮
Food was good. Unfortunately they are short staffed alot and takes a fairly long time to get your order
Went on here today after a jays game to grab some quick food for the drive home. We went in and there was a woman with a very patient guy. His name was Airu. He was patient and kind with this woman who was in a mobility assisted device. She went and found a table and he brought her order over and filled up her cup from the machine for her. I told him good job. This legit made me happy and had to write this. Thank you Airu for going the extra mile.Also food was quick and great like always when I visit this location when I'm in the barrie area.
Watch your change!! Gave a $20 and was shorted $2. Drove back around and got toonie. Principal behind it.Quality well Its fast food.
This restaurant has gone so down hill. It use to be a favorite of mine, however the doors are now locked, what seems to be all the time and as a none driver, you cannot order food and when the doors are unlocked I have been told that it drive thru only. Well I am sorry, but that is ridiculous. If you are drive thru only store then post that.
