This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. My burger was cold and bun was stale. My iced tea was completely syrup-less. I will never come back here again.
Tim Horton's was packed so went to Wendy's. Mediocre burger. Better make some improvements or keep losing market share.
Stale bun. Forgot sauce. Scraped mayo remnants instead of no mayo, ugh, why? Friendly nice staff.
This Wendy's had the freshest and tastiest food I have ever had in a Wendy's. I am a Wendy's fan and have noticed some locations are a bit lacking. This location is Top Notch!
Ordered here many times and about 1 in 3 times the order is WRONG!! Cooks online apparently do not or cannot read ..... Ketchup and onion only yet burger comes loaded. I know good help is hard to get but really this is a pretty simple task.other Wendy's do not seem to have this constant issue so time to fire some kitchen staff!!!
The new Wendy's breakfast is good!! We had the breakfast baconator and the bacon and egg on a biscuit. Both really good. The coffee needs help though ? not great...
Very disappointed with the service. Me and my friend got the complete wrong order and I waited so long for my food that I didn’t bother going back to switch it. For a company that says “We don’t cut corners” on their shirt, I can tell you they do.
Very very slow after 8pm.Waited 15min in drive threew, then finally got to order, then waited another 7 minutes minutes for a poutine and kids burger
The restaurant is what it is for fast food. Service is not the fastest, given this is a busy location it seems consistently under staffed. Walk in service vs sitting in a long drive thru 10 plus cars isn't much better. The staff are chaotic trying to manage the couple of patrons that decide to walk in. Aside from fixing forgotten items in drive thru orders. 15 minutes standing at the counter end of day isn't great. The food quality is decent just the lack of efficiency.
Our family and friends went here after ball hockey for dinner. We stood at the counter for 15 minutes and no one asked to take our order or acknowledged us. The manager was in a terrible mood huffing as she walked by us. (this happened the week before also). So this time, we went over to use the kiosk since that at least got our order put in. The poor new girl at the counter was 100% trying her best but she had zero help preparing the dine-in clientele with their meals. Finally another kid eventually came up and asked me what I was missing so we could get our food off the counter.Super unimpressed by this location. Dine in and drive thru are always so slow and no communication from the staff.
