Disorganized location. Issues with the washrooms that staff did not seem interested in addressing. Asked for a half order of salad and was denied yet the gentleman behind me was allowed to. Just chaos.
The place has been renovated. nice and clean...very welcome restaurant! Friendly staff and great service ? the BEST burgers ? truly never frozen. Tasty! LOVE ❤ it...will coming back to try the spicy chicken burger next time....
This is the second time there place a order and was wrong order. I like #7 with no pickles but it had pickles on it. My wife wanted a plane makes hamburger was just cheese on it everything was on it so to me I'm not going there no more
I used to love this location, everything used to be so perfect but the past few times I’ve gone there my order has been wrong. Either just chicken in wraps or missing items and now when I wanted a poutine the most ( i had been craving it for days, pregnant so you know I was so happy to finally get one) and the gravy was not only super clumpy, it was cold and there was no cheese. I am very sad about it and will stick to a different location from now on
Hit or miss service, recieved burgers soaked in grease before or still pink in throughout the middle. Sometimes they are spot on though.Update: second time in 1 year that ive received half cooked burgers
The only item in the bag that was warm was the salad! I don't even know how to explain the fries. My dog ate them but he also eats everything
Avoid this place at all costs if you are a person of colour. We were the only ones in line and the manager completely ignored us and served a white customer who came in after. When we tried to get his attention, he rudely snapped at us and said we have to wait even though there were no other customers. He finally begrudgingly takes our order and all the workers just stared at us like we were aliens We would have left but we were picking up food for our parents. We won't be coming back to this location. The blatant racism is beyond disgusting
Used to love friendly comfy ambiance in Wendys before refurbish on Bayfield. Bacon Burger and fries ok. Very hard wood seats with feet which loudly scrape on new tile floors. Sad to say...
i go into drive through at 9:30pm on Sunday Feb 27th. Online it says open till 12am. Sign on the drive through window says closed and to order through skip the dishes. WTH is this? Closed despite listed hours but I can still order if I pay more for home delivery through some other party? What a scam.
Had the opportunity to visit this location last month. Ordered the Dave's Triple With Cheese with a Baked Potato. The burger was fresh cooked and was done to perfection, nice & juicy. Baked potato was excellent too. Service was friendly and prompt. I will return when back in town in the future. Thank you!!!
