I didn’t want to post the review but I have to, after few bad experiences. I didn’t like the way lady treat some of the customErs.Feels like she does not want to serve the customers or may be she is too tired to serve the customers , even if she is tired or not in good mood , customers still need to get the service they deserve after they pay for food. I have been to this restaurant several times , but I only remember the lady giving a negative vibe , first time I just ordered a tea , she refused as tea needed To be refilled , I didn’t mind and left , next day also when I came back just for tea , she told me cardamom tea is empty and offered me other tea , I refused as I don’t like the other tea, she then gave me just the hot water as she might not feel like refilling it. Few days later , I went to order something else , she didn’t even say hi or hello , simply asked me “ u want yo order something ? “ then she started making the food , didn’t even bother to ask me about the choice of sauces , closed the lid and hit the debit machine.it doesn’t cost anything to give a smile or greet someone nicely, customers pay for food , they don’t come to the restaurant just go bother you !!
The man working in the evening shift was extremely rude and impolite, had no hospitality and no manners. Worst customer experience, didn’t even order from the place.
Have been a loyal customer at the original twisted Indian since they opened in 2015. Food is usually always hot and fresh, and service is great. I’m leaving this 4 star review, however, for the vast difference in prices amongst food delivery apps. Left is skip the dishes and right is Uber. Price *used* to be $7 or $8 in store for a small meat wrap. I understand having to increase prices a percentage over the years especially with a pandemic, but I’m confused and concerned about the discrepancies on food ordering apps which is primarily how we have been ordering from this restaurant.
5 stars for food .Customer service - 1 star.Employee rushes so fast and before saying which sauces i want, she closed the lid . I mean she was in so hurry . They wont ask which sauces u want , so incase you are first time there you will have ask them which sauces you have and when ask for extra sauce they will make up a face.

The food is good but when they asked if you would like to substitute anyting people on the phone are very nice about it but the chef seems to get extremely upset when I didn't ask for substitutes they asked me if I want green beans in my Curry because online it says tomatoes which tastes way better. And it's supposed to be made with coconut milk and it's definitely not i can taste the difference and I'm vegan so if it has any animal part or any dairy I'm up sick for hour's.
Friendly staff, fast service and delicious food. I had the butter chicken wrap and recommend it.
Amazing food. I ordered aloo burger ,veggie burger, aloo chaat. Full of flavour.Recommend to try you will not be disappointed.
